This was a beautiful bed-n-breakfast! Clean, comfortable, charming rooms and sitting area; friendly staff; delicious breakfast; and lots of things included in the price (wine, sherry in the rooms, sweet treats, coffee, and tea). I would highly recommend Carriage Way Inn!

This is not your average B&B. Yes, there are bottles of water in the rooms, but next to a decanter of Sherry. Yup, there are beverages available in the parlor, but it includes coffee, tea, cold soda, water bottles, chilled Chardonnay and a Cabernet. Freshly baked cookies....yup. Everything available at your convenience 24/7. Sachet for your bed....yes. Cold aromatherapy towels to cool down the Florida heat....gotcha. Freshly prepared breakfast.....any quantity..check. Understated elegance in the finely decorated rooms, whirlpool tub-equipped rooms available. Very neat and clean rooms. Another major plus .....two short blocks from George Street. Close enough to be convenient, far enough to be quiet. Sandy was an amazing concierge and always had the right answer based on our specifics. The Staff treated us better than family ( you know how family gets snippy). We have visited many Inns and B&B and this is my personal favorite. Book the room, enjoy the pampering, thank me later.

All of the wonderful reviews you read on Trip Advisor about the Carriage Way Inn Bed & Breakfast in St. Augustine, Florida are TRUE. Our group of six stayed in three rooms over the weekend when Nights of Lights started this year. The General Manager, Sandy, was very helpful with making reservations weeks in advance to helping us during our entire stay. And the staff including Christine, Cindy, Merilynn, Eva and Ari treated us like family both on the phone when planning our trip before we arrived and also during our stay. The Inn is a beautiful historic building from the 1880's, with completely updated rooms. The location is perfect, just two blocks off St. George Street in the historic district so you can easily walk to everything. The daily breakfast is delicious (savory one day, sweet the next). Lots of free beverages in the lounge to take to your room. The reserved parking space for each room is a real plus. The rooms are reasonably priced for the historic district. If you travel to Saint Augustine, you really should stay here!

Wow! We originally came to stay for just one night, but we couldn’t resist and ended up booking an extra night to keep enjoying this cozy, comfortable, and amazing bed & breakfast! Located within walking distance of everything St. Augustine has to offer, and with such a wonderful staff ready to accommodate all of our needs, we will definitely be coming back soon! Each guest room has free on-site parking. The complimentary wine, coffee, tea, water, and sodas available daily through self-service made our stay even better! The room details create such a cozy and romantic atmosphere—perfect for a night in this charming vintage cottage. We also loved the thoughtful touches from the lovely owner, like the little lavender sachets at reception to place under your pillow for a restful sleep and the warm, scented towelettes in the breakfast area—just amazing! We enjoyed our 2 night stay. Great hospitality, personal touches truly make it a wonderful experience. Teresa and Christine made us feel like friends visiting their home. On arrival greated with refreshing drink, parked just outside our room, easy walk to many attractions. Room has very comfortable bed and breakfast was delicious. Was really nice, a great place to stay.

Luxury in St. Augustine
We had a great time. The inn was located in the middle of the historic district. We parked the car, and walked everywhere for 3 days.
Room was cozy, well-appointed. There was car noise at night.
Food was excellent for breakfast. Staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. We plan to go back!

Nice location. Emerald room was very nice
No Housekeeping on our stay. After 3 days small trash bins were full
Nice porch great location wonderful cookies and feee sodas and waters. Al nice
Except breakfast. Its was very little. Fruit cup 2 days in a tow was extremely small. The rest of breakfast was even smaller. That was a disappointment
