Неплохой отель за такие деньги!При заселении мы попросили номер с видом на бассейн, и нам дали отличный номер с видом на океан на 3 этаже! К сожалению, окна не открывались это был минус! На момент проживания в отеле заканчивался ремонт и отделочные работы (нас предупредили заранее). В одно утро было слегка слышно стуки, но это было недолго!
Большой минус- посреди дня к нам постучали, хотя на дверях висела табличка «не беспокоить», и мы как раз спали в своем номере! Один из работников-строителей попросил зайти в номер и забрать зеркало и картину. В этот момент мы с мужем легли спать и я лежала в кровати! Это было ужасно неприятно и бестактно!
Также простыни были немного поношенные, а матраса слегка жесткий!
Зеркало в ванной было искаженным и отражение искажалось!
В самый последний день у нас забилась раковина и не работал слив, вода просто накапливалась.
Телевизор не имел нетфликс и airplay (apple)!
Понравилось что в лобби был мини магазинчик с кофе, снеками и шоколадками! Также в номере была микроволновка и мини холодильник! И кофеварка! Утюг и гладильная доска, фен !

The first night we checked into our room we realize it did not have working AC (which we figured could be because they are under construction). We waited awhile thinking maybe we just hadn’t given it enough time to cool off, but it never did. My husband went to the front desk around 1AM and an employee (Christopher) immediately checked us into a new room and apologized many times for the inconvenience. The new room had a great AC, was very clean, and had an even better balcony view than our original room had. When my husband brought it up to the manager (Rhonda) and was praising how well Christopher handled the situation, she also apologized and waived our parking fees and taxes on our room. We greatly appreciate how we were treated by the staff and we will definitely be returning!

Everything for this stay was awesome! The room exceeded expectations and every employee that I encountered was very pleasant. It is very close to the ocean (just down a side street). It is within easy walking distance to a few restaurants and a couple ice cream shops. They are still doing construction, so there is no dinning area at the moment and the fitness center was not available. The construction did not affect our stay. The walls are not thin like some places, so you won't be stuck listening to your neighbors. I liked the place so much that I went ahead and booked the location for next month.

They have a long way to go to become a Hilton. Our first room was dirty so we were changed. The second room was dark even with all lights lit. We asked for more lights but there were none. The bathroom vanity was cracked in many places and flooring tile not complete. The hot tub was out of service. The "restaurant" was a la carte pricing that was extremely high. Our disappointment led us to leaving after one night. Side note: most people don't need irons anymore but just a steamer won't take their place.

We visited Castillo Real St Augustine Resort right after it reopened and after they did a total remodel on the facility. It is absolutely gorgeous! The rooms are very big and the bathroom is wonderful! It had a separate shower/commode area from the sink and makeup light area. The beds are comfortable, the shower has great water pressure. They have a bar/restaurant area and a really nice pool.

Under construction not floor. The place is a disaster. When i made the reservation they said they are part of the new collection by the hilton. Terrible please any other hotel is better. They said the gym was closed everything is closed in the hotel.

It was a very good! A well-chosen hotel by the wife to celebrate my birthday, top-notch hospitality, and a prime location—what more could you ask for on a birthday getaway? Raquel and Rhonda true pros at making guests feel welcome. Even with the restaurant area not being open, everything else made up for it, especially being so close to the beach and historic downtown. the trip was as relaxing as it was memorable.

The hotel is going through renovations. The restaurant is closed and so was the work out area. However, the staff was very friendly and I give them credit as they are working from a make shift desk in the front. Our room was clean and updated. I would def. book with them again. Please be understanding with the staff. Know that if you are paying a lesser price then there is a reason. Be patient. Be kind. The beach is epic and the hotel is conveniently located and east to walk to dining options.

This was our 5th stay in the past 10 years. We have always loved CR but this time was completely different. We knew construction was still underway and I called a couple times to make sure of the available ammendiities. Let me say the quality of the work is sub par. Our water pressure was almost non existent. Only drops from the shower head. the handheld wand was slightly better and how we had to shower. Complaints brought Maintenence with no improvement. I would show a video but review only allows pics. As others mentioned, no place to hang towels, or place soaps. The exhaust fan had been replaced but did not work. Lightening was only a floor lamp at the mirror. Floor tile was broken during remodel and had not been corrected. Pool was never cleaned during our week stay. I hope they correct all these issues before they start charging higher prices and resort fees. We love the area and beach access, but won't be back to CR.
