The kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully stocked with new appliances and an ice maker. A new full size washer and dryer is in the laundry room. This unit has everything you dream of to make your Florida beach vacation a reality.
You are steps away from private access to the famous St. Augustine Beach with a ramp for easy access. Enjoy the tropical courtyard hot tubs, 2 pools (one is heated during the cooler months), and tennis courts. In addition, the property has a housed in gate house with a 24 hour Community Service Officer.
The property is also minutes from groceries, restaurants and shopping. We are 6 miles from historic old town St. Augustine. You can even take a golf cart shuttle over to Salt Life Restaurant right across from St. John's Ocean Pier where you can take in a concert or sunset from the pier. There is also a Trolley stop nearby that will take you to all the points of interest in The Old City just a few miles away!

Very Nice
The apartment is pristine and strategically located. We were close to places to eat and the St. Augustine attractions. The beach is very nice. You have everything you need in the apartment, whether you want to cook or not.

What a great stay!
We ended up extending our stay we were enjoying our time there so much! Everything is very comfortable and easy to settle in, extremely clean and livable. The little patio off the living room was a great nook to have our morning coffee or a drink at the end of the day. Beach and hot tub were only steps away. The resort next door has a full bar/restaurant which is walkable and an easy option for a drink or a bite. Cannot recommend enough, will be back again if my travel take me back!
