We booked a suite with Baymont when we made our reservations. We did not receive a suite. Upon our arrival we asked if they had new construction going on. The lady at the desk informed us that they had renovations on going. The lady at the front desk was not very helpful and seem very curt and wanting to disengage with us. We received our room key and went to the room using the elevator which had construction going on at the entrance to the elevator. We proceeded to room 225 and were very surprised to note that the striker plate on the door frame was not there. The door latch would just be in the hole where the striker plate should be installed, and the door was not secure. The room was not completely furnished. A table and chairs were missing. We were very disappointed and will not stay there again. I am curious why would the lady at the front desk put us in a room under construction and /or not completed yet? I believe you have a serious problem with staff and their people skills. Thank You !!! Our booking number is ***********, our confirmation number is *************.

This property is being remodeled which I would have liked to have known before I book. The bathtub was not very appealing. The toilet ran on and off all night. I put the do not disturb sign on the door but at 9:20 am there was knock on the door twice only to ask me if I needed anything! Very rude!!

It’s was a nice stay just a lil noisy in the hallways at times. But for the most part, it was an enjoyable experience. The bed was comfy. I like the body wash hair, conditioner, and shampoo and lotion. it’s all in a pump system in the shower and by the sink.

Nice upgrade The hostess initially gave me a room with a king bed initially, didn’t know until we got in the room. Supposed to be 2 queen beds. When I went to change it, she upgraded us to a suite with 2 queen beds and a sofa! That was very nice of her! Was also pleasantly surprised to get housekeeping. We only stayed 2 nights! Much better than my last experience at a Wyndham!

The air conditioner did not work in our room and it was very hot. Also, there was no remote so the tv didn’t work either

They got it right on It was clean but did have 3 keypads not working, the shower handle fell in my hand as I attempted to shower, Espi Fixed it right away she was friendly and willing to help and so was the morning shift female

Please check the bathrooms are cleaned. I found different colored hairs in the shower on the side and on the floor as well as in the bed sheets. Seems like they didn’t even change the sheets. The bathroom felt like it was just restocked but not cleaned.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, but the elevator wasn’t working, the Wi-Fi was down, and the hot tub was lukewarm.
