Great for plane spotting!
The villa was spacious and clean, with everything we needed. Sergio was quick to response and very kind to let us arrive early.
The only two issues were the noise coming from the airport. (obviously, we could see it was nearby, but had not appreciated the level of noise and the frequency!) Also, the beds and pillows were very firm!

Very nice host
We have been very satisfied with our stay in Sergio's house. We enjoyed the time there and the house was exactly what we expected according to the descriptions.
Its true, you can hear airport caused noise, the pool is not deep nor large, but it was all clear to us or described and therefore we had accept it when booked it. There are a lot of dishes available and even a fridge in the garden with a separate kitchen. Very nice. We had fresh towels when we and it was very clean. And the communication with Sergio was easy, good and very supportive.

Had an amazing stay at Sergio’s house. It is a beautiful property with everything you could ever need. Brilliant location to explore the island: close enough to Palma and some incredible beaches/supermarkets etc.
Sergio is super reliable and had great communication throughout the whole trip. Could not recommend more!

Das Haus ist hervorragend eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Der Gastgeber ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilft bei Problemen umgehend (es gab einen Tag kein heißes Wasser). Die Aussenanlage ist sehr gepflegt und wunderschön mit den Olivenbäumen. Vielen Dank für die Tolle Woche!

Der Gastgeber Sergio ist sein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Mensch. Er stand uns jeder Zeit zur Verfügung und hat, sofern wir etwas benötigten, sofort um unsere Bedürfnisse gekümmert. Das Haus ist in der Nähe vom Flughafen und S Arenal. Dennoch sollte man beachten einen Mietwagen zu buchen. Die Anreise mit Uber etc. Ist dauerhaft teuer und kompliziert weil das Haus abgelegen ist. Aufgrund der Umgebung sollte man kein Problem mit Insekten haben, da diese im und um das Haus häufig vorzufinden sind. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat kein Doppelbett, es enthält ein Einzel und ein Hochbett. Ansonsten hat das Haus ausreichend Platz, Komfort und alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Sergios hilfsbereitschaft rundet den gesamten Aufenthalt auf. Er hat uns auch die Möglichkeit gegeben, jeden Tag frisches Obst und Eier vom Bauernhof nebenan zu bekommen

Instructions très claires, maison très belle, nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Sergio, qui est facilement joignable. Grand jardin, plusieurs tables pour les repas. Je recommande Petit hic : pas de climatisation, mais Sergio met à disposition des ventilateurs.
