第一次有如此差的體驗！首先是前台的服務態度，當天我們入住已經是下午2點後，分配給我們的是3樓的套房，可是還沒搞衞生。等了將近20分鐘，我跟前台諮詢大概多久才能好，前台的回覆是不知道，説清潔阿姨在4樓搞衞生，要清完4樓才能清3樓。我跟前台説能不能先清有人入住的房間，我們已經等好久了，前台服務員給我的理由是清潔小推車是壞的，很難推，要清完4樓才能清3樓……我覺得這根本不是理由。後來她提議我們換房，可換的確實普通商務房。我要求補差價，前台卻説補不了，我要求升級房間，她又説升級不了。這服務態度和服務質量，我是第一次遇到。真的太差了！第一次來韶關玩卻遇到了這樣的酒店，瞬間沒心情。然後得吐槽一下他們的房間，完全與平台的宣傳照片不符，裝潢老舊，吹風機還是壞的，洗手間一個晚上都傳出一股股下水道的臭味。必須差評！

來乳源這麼多回，之前真沒發現有這麼好的酒店。一進房間一股淡淡的清香味，老闆一家都很熱情，幫忙解決各種問題，服務生做的也很到位。酒店位置停車方便，附近逛的、吃的都很齊全，晚上走幾步到河邊看看心情特別舒暢。

陳設挺好的，雖然寫的是賓館但我覺得更像酒店，有酒店的服務和佈局，也很乾凈，住高層些可能會更安靜些，低層隔壁有美容院這些早上人家上班稍微會有點聲音，睡眠深的就不太會受影響，其他整體特別是服務很好
