It was quite an unsettling experience to encounter an intoxicated individual during check-in — completely unacceptable. Aside from that incident, the hotel itself is good: clean, comfortable, and in a very convenient location. I strongly urge upper management and the franchise to address this issue promptly to ensure future guests do not face a similar experience.this was my second time staying

Highly recommend. Our newly renovated room was fully accessible, clean, comfy bed, great A/C, fridge, micro. Plenty of ice. Good coffee in lobby 24/7. Breakfast was good - waffles, sausage, hard boiled eggs, apples, cereal, muffins, yogurt, juice.

Very clean and comfortable room, fresh carpeting in room and halls. Hot water on demand was plentiful, TV was satellite with many station options. Door was secure in the jam. Sign in staff was pleasant. They said breakfast was continental, but it had: sausage, eggs, yogurt, pastries, bagel/cream cheese, toast, peanutbutter, cereal/milk, hot coffee, tea, juice, fresh fruit, in a clean kitchen, with clean tables. Pool area, with towels provided, several in it enjoying themselves.

Had ants in the corner of our room, they did get us a new room. Which was good but the cleaning crew really needs to learn how to clean the other room had crumbs and beads on the floor next to the bed. The mattress is comfy but it's on a wire bed frame , there breakfast was not what I thought not many options not much seating. It was good for a night but not longer than that.

Hotel clean and room was great. Only complaint was we were not informed of the pet fee when we checked in or out but were charged a fee after we checked out.

Checked in & staff was very kind & professional but once I was inside the room, I decided not to stay there because the room was very dirty - hair on floor, in shower, sink & toilet. Sticky dried up beverage spills on floor which looked like they had been there for a while collecting dirt, questionable “spots” on various walls. The bed sheets looked clean, but that was about it! I did not report this, I just checked out b/c I was disgusted & wanted to get out of there asap!

The front desk guy was really nice and good at his job. The rooms were awful - I asked to switch once as there was dirt everywhere on the floor and it smelt really bad. He switched me no problem and as I entered the second room there was not only dirt on the floor but food scraps of rice as well everywhere. I honestly just ****** it up because the room smelt better and just cleaned the room myself. Maybe the vacuum broke? Anyways not worth my money again.
