Just minutes from all the activities at one of the top ten most beautiful man made lakes in the world: LAKE LURE. CHIMNEY ROCK STATE PARK with it's natural outcropping of granite rock, gorgeous HICKORY NUT FALLS, miles of hiking trails and the rushing waters of the the BROAD RIVER are also minutes away. Once you cross the stream and arrive at the lodge, you'll stroll up onto a large covered porch with ample outdoor seating to enjoy the peacefulness of the Western North Carolina mountains. Once inside, you'll notice the lodge is very nicely equipped to handle any of your needs! An open kitchen/living/dining room offers a gas fireplace, seating for 8 in the fully equipped eat in kitchen, a game table in the living room and easy access to covered porch. Four nicely appointed bedrooms, on with a crib and another with a handicap accessible bath cater to all needs of a family. Outside, relax in the new Hot Tub, fish in the catch and release stocked pond, hike along the Piney Knob Creek or sit on the expansive porch in the evening reflecting on the days events.
