Staff were very friendly. First room offered had evidence of mold and water damage to ceiling in the bathroom requested a new room which was provided.
. I didn’t like putting dirty towels and trash outside the door on the morning. That could have been done if my room was serviced which was not offered until the 3/5. Water ran Luke warm, I prefer hot water. Overall purposeful stay and would consider again.

PLAIN AND SIMPLE DON'T STAY HERE. DISGUSTING ROOM!!!!! GREASY DIRTY FLOORS IN HALLWAY AND BATHROOM IN THE ROOM. LIGHT SWITCH DIRTY CLEANED THE FLOOR WITH THE BATH MAT. HAD TO LEAVE OUR SHOES ON TO WALK AROUND THE ROOM AND IN THE NIGHT TO GET OUT OF BED. WINDOWS, CARPETS. CURTAINS AND TV DIRTY. COFFEE AREA DIRTY. HEAD BOARDS DIRTY TWO PILLOWS ON THE BED WITH RATTY PILLOW SLIPS. BED LOOKED SLEPT IN. SKIN CRAWLED ALL NIGHT HARDLY SLEPT. COULD NOT WAIT TO LEAVE. COMMON AREAS LIKE ELEVATORS AND HALLWAYS DIRTY. LOBBY AND BATHROOMS IN LOBBY ARE THE ONLY CLEAN AREAS. NO LAUNDRY AVAILABLE NOTE ON THE DOOR STATING ONE OF THE MACHINES IS NOT WORKING. SERIOUSLY THEY NEED A REMODEL AS IT'S NOT UP TO BEST WESTERN STANDARDS . THIS HOTEL SEEMS TO HAVE ROAD AND CONSTRUCTION WORKERS STAYING FOR WEEKS SO THE ROOMS GET LITTLE TO NO HOUSEKEEPING SO ROOMS STAY FILTHY.

Room was not clean. Ceiling in bathroom leaked. Unfortunately, not many hotel options in the area. Stay In Monroe Area.

We were trying to check in and the internet was down. The room they assigned us was not what we reserved. Nay went out of her way to call her general manager who was not on property to try to help us. She was able to get us in the right room. She was extremely professional.

Horrible, this hotel is old, service is limited. Food is truly bare minimum. Service was adequate. Don't ask for extra towels or blankets they don't have any. No irons in the room. Televisions or old you have to turn them on from the back. It is in a very nice location. The Best Western needs to update this property.

I was disappointed. They were having issues with their Internet, so I know she could not know which rooms had been cleaned and which had not. We had booked two rooms. One of the rooms was dirty bed and made towels on the floor so they moved us to another room and it just was not up to par. The sheets were very old and see-through. I was just very disappointed. They had no black coffee in the morning and no napkins not sure what’s happening.

Very clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Hallways were quiet and the breakfast had a nice selection. Would definitely stay again.
