This place is very clean and friendly workers. I just don’t think the room we were in is a $200 room. We have stayed in so much better for a lot less. It definitely needs some remodeling in the bathroom. The AC unit is very loud. My main complaint is the strong scent used for cleaning. I have terrible headaches because of it. The breakfast was very good and the attendant was so friendly.

The room was clean, staff was welcoming and helpful. I will definitely stay here again. Breakfast was good and the eating area was clean and bright.

Mini fridge was broken, eventually got a replacement. Water was turned off for repairs for several hours. Bathroom floor was gross

I will never in life stay at this property again! Bathrooms were filthy and you smell the mold and mildew in the air. Even after changing rooms, bathrooms were still filthy. Housekeeping banged on our door thinking we were checked out. Isn’t there a list that tells them that.

The washing machine was broken and our toilet didn't work properly. You would think that you would just rent a washing machine machine until your original one was fixed. I checked out a day early and my room was still out reservation and I was charged for it not sure why they just didn't cancel the last day because I was not there. And formally checked out up front.

The front desk check in was superb. He was fast and friendly. Sad that there were no cinnamon rolls which was my main reason for booking with Holiday Inn.

If I could give no stars I would. We stayed with an entire baseball team at this hotel. The day we arrived they told us the wrong room number and the room was already occupied.. This happened to a couple of our families.. very unprofessional. We requested a late checkout for the day we were leaving and the front desk told us that's no problem as long as we are out by 1pm. Now, almost 1 month later we were charged for another night. It took 2 days calling to even talk to the manager and then the manager said we will not get our money back for the extra day charged, because the early checkout was not approved. Very rude and dishonest.
