They didn’t want to let my family stay with me in my room they wanted to make me get another room are go somewhere else but would not give me a refund I would not recommend this place and the room had a very bad smell in it it was just bad all the way around

The staff was friendly and professional. The beds were comfortable. Otherwise, the hotel is poorly maintained.
The bathroom vent fan was broken and hanging from the ceiling. The shower curtain rod was broken and the shower head was defective. The floor was filthy, we discovered after stepping on the wet floor and then back to the bath mat. Plus we had to request towels.
Breakfast was typical hotel fare with cold and soggy hash browns. Housekeeping delivered towels but did not make the beds.

The bed was hard. The pillows were rough. The shower curtain needed to be changed. They ran out of towels.

When we went up to our room the door was open. I went and told the front desk and he said that’s ok. It made Ms very nervous . Also there where 3 dead roach’s on the floor. And the desk was dirty. Not impressed for sure.

Everything is very dirty from the moment you enter until you settle into the room. On the other hand, there is a strong smell of cigarette smoke when smoking is prohibited inside the rooms, and even more so since I was going with a small child and I didn't have the money to rent another hotel, so I couldn't leave. It is not recommended to use it in an emergency, but it was a terrible experience.
