House has everything you will need. Do allow pets with the $70 pet fee. Perfect place to stay for your family. So close to LA Tech!Anything you think you might need in the kitchen they have for you to use. We spent a lot of time outside under the umbrella in the rocking chairs . We will be staying here again when we come to visit our college student.

College tour
Felt like home. I loved how easy it was to find but it was also close to La tech. Very peaceful area.The fridge had plenty of condiments and there were a variety of snacks in cabinets and on the counter

Family visit
It was great. The beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this location to any one. Big back yard and very close to town.

Our stay was great!
We were in town for softball tournament. The location of house to complex was easy. We really just needed a place to lay our heads and shower, so it was perfect for that! Nice communication and everything matched up with the listing perfect.
