Everyone was rather kind, helpful and friendly. The breakfast was divine. My favourite was the veggie wraps and large coffee machine. It was a bit dirty here and there, but the cleaning staff were super kind and helped as soon as possible. The room is very spacious and the tea station in the room is very generous. The gardens outside are beautiful. I spotted a few chickens and a bunny. What I didn't really like was a spider in the bed, which I found at 3am, which kept me quite awake. The bathroom shower door fell down and the mini fridge was wobbly. The clubhouse area was clean and the swimming pool should be something the managers should be proud of. I'd come back if it was to see the greenery outside and meet the kind staff.

The rooms are spacious but I didn't like the bathroom. The bathroom was dilapidated and did not look clean. The white towels were not so white even the white sheet were not so white and that made things look dirty. The reception staff were a bit rude or their friendliness felt forced.

Absolutely amazing to the service received and the outstanding assistance when needed. The polite and friendly staff just made our stay the best ever. Let's highlight the lady at reception Sonia wow she is so humble and helpful her smile is warm and makes you want to come back again. My family really enjoy the place and food. Also the cleaning staff is so honest. I definitely advise anyone whom is looking for a place away from home to visit this resort 10 points from me.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating! The room was very spacious and clean. The surrounding area is beautiful with chicken and bunnies running free. We felt very safe and enjoyed every minute there!

Charming accommodation. The rooms are spacious and well-kept. The braai stand is readily available for a lekker braai at the pool. Just call when you get to the gate to be assisted speedily. We enjoyed our stay.

Best accommodation ever.comfortable beds, spacious rooms, great location, welcoming staff ,good food,but lighting in family room was not as bright as the other bedroom in the deluxe suit but overall satisfied.

Manor Hills is a beautiful place be it leisure or for business. The rooms are clean, lovely setup with beautiful garden views and a blue pool! Only complaint is the food - menu needs improvement and more variety.

Friendly staff and very accommodating. Premises & garden is need and well maintained. Excellent spacious room facilities, very clean & neat. Very good breakfast buffet was served. Will make use of these facilities again.

everything was wonderful. From the rooms to the food, we really enjoyed our stay. Is it possible to have remote for the gate for each room? To make it easier, should one arrive late from their daily activites.
