The cottage was fully equiped with everything you need to cook and braai. Werner ist a fantastic Host and satiel ist very friendly and helpful. We will definately come Back.

Meeting Werner was an experience in itself. I would go as far as to say it was a pleasant adventure meeting such a caring and absolutely unjaded person. He will do everything and anything in his power to make you feel at home. Our pets were treated as family and He even cooked treats for them.He will absolutely respect your space and privacy and you will know that you have gained a friend for life. This was our second stay and there will be many, many more. Well kept, stunning and secluded. Thank you Werner for all the special moments and a wonderful stay! Stacey and Louis

From the moment we arrived, the host arranged that our bags be carried in for us. The chalet was clean and had everything we needed. The host Werner was always available for anything we needed and suggested activities for us to do in the surrounding area. This was the best holiday for us and the perfect way to usher the New Year. The pool was always clean and we were assisted with even setting up the braai as women. The area is serene and just what we needed. I will definitely go back again with friends to Riverbend. I drive an Audi so the road was not as bad as I assumed after the rains and so many activities and restaurants around the area!!

Definitely the ideal spot for a relaxing, quiet getaway from the noise of the City. Braai wood supplied, friendly service from an attentive Host, Werner, who made sure you had all you needed for a comfortable stay.

We had a lovely and quiet Weekend at this simple but beautiful place. The sun deck down at the river is definitely the place to be. The owner and the personell was very helpful and resepctful of privacy. I can only recommend it!
