This is the most comfortable Four Seasons I have ever stayed in. The front desk staff are all very nice and welcoming, the bedding is comfortable, the environment is good, parking is convenient, and it is very close to the attractions. I will come again if I have the chance.

This is my first time staying at the Four Seasons Hotel in Ruoqiang. It should be one of the better hotels I stayed in during these few days. It is very clean, the room is relatively large, and the facilities are relatively new. It is a satisfactory stay experience!

At first, we were given a room without formaldehyde odor. The door lock was broken and had to be repaired several times. 我們晚上八點多到的酒店，被前台告知，房間還沒打掃好，前台告知我們新疆有時差，辦理入住都比較晚，整個新疆基本都這樣， 我來新疆不是一次兩次了，第一次遇見這樣的情況，訂單明明寫着中午12點就可以辦理入住，我們晚上八點到的酒店都不能入住，假如我們中午12點到酒店的話，是不是要等八個多小時才可以入住？
