"We have been loyal visitors for this hotel for the last three years now. Everytime we arrive home and when we are leaving it's a stop over for 2 nights. But unfortunately we have seen it declining its value. The services are very poor, we felt that we are bothering the employees there. Though we had booked a double room we were given a single room. We tried asking for a electric extension cable to charge our phones because our room had only one socket, that was also a problem to get one. We later learned from the manager that they have slot of this cables. It's unfortunate that such a good place has lost its value to 0. Unfortunately for us it was our last visit to Verona 😏"
