路過瑞金 ，特意選了這家硬件設施很好的酒店。地下停車很方便，房間有露台，可以坐着喝茶，花園夜景美輪美奐。住宿的人比較多，酒店工作人員服務很好很專業，下次有時間還會來，天沐温泉應該也不錯！

7點半去用餐，中餐熱菜全是底朝天 僅剩殘湯，跟服務員反應很不耐煩的回答:“用餐人多，你可以吃別的呀”。連續兩天早餐都是如此，而且餐廳服務員態度冰冷，給人的感覺客人用餐是他的施捨。

非常好的一家温泉酒店，值得來！
因為是淡季錯峯出行，所以選擇性很多，看到攜程上顯示這是一家去年新開的智能酒店，加上有温泉，所以定了這家天沐温泉酒店。硬件設施好是入住前就想得到的，但入住後的體驗超出預期，感受很好～
先説早餐，雖然品種不是五星級酒店裡最多的，但單品質量很高，特別是粿條，裏面的肉和豬肝又香又滑，一碗差點沒夠吃。
其次重點要説酒店的服務理念，那是非常的用心，因為我到的有點晚，温泉10點結束，給酒店前台打電話反映，前台小哥哥很重視，幾次打電話給我溝通情況。同時很意外的值班經理上門送了果盤親自和我解釋，感受到了主人家的滿滿誠意！
第二日再去泡温泉，也要劃重點表揚：
1、服務人員在路上遇見會主動的問好；
2、進入每個温泉池，都會有送水服務；
3、桑拿房出來後會主動關心並幫我關掉休息區的空調……
很多這樣的小細節都體現出五星級酒店管理水平和服務人員的敬業精神，賓至如歸的我願意寫小作文推薦這家酒店，也會介紹給親朋好友來住。

從踏入大堂就被圈粉，暖光與自然元素交織的設計瞬間驅散都市疲憊，工作人員全程微笑引導，辦理入住高效利落，還細心告知温泉區動線和餐食時間，親切感拉滿。我們訂的私湯露台房更是驚喜，270°觀景窗將山景盡收眼底，房間設施精緻齊全，連洗護用品都是天然植物萃取的，細節裏藏着滿滿的用心。
最驚艷的當屬温泉體驗。露台私湯每日都會提前調試到38-40℃的舒適温度，傍晚泡進去的那一刻，全身毛孔都舒展開了，氤氲熱氣裹着草木清香，所有壓力都隨之消散。公共區的山景湯池也很絕，背靠層巒疊翠，抬頭能看雲捲雲舒，泡湯時還有温熱的紅糖薑茶隨時供應，貼心到骨子裡。

1小童泳池外無安全員提醒安全事項，所謂負責安全的人員，我在的2-3個小時中沒有開口做過一次安全提醒，包括但不限於大人玩小童設施無提醒。
2遊樂設施存在巨大安全隱患（鐵柱無包邊，泳池底部小方塊瓷磚脱落等）。
3泳道安全員睡覺 玩手機。
4遊客並不多的情況下 告知沒有小童床圍，在發脾氣之後，又得到解決，懷疑有懶於解決問題的工作態度。
5作為一個温泉酒店，在房費未包含温泉門票的情況下，也並未在 checkin 時提醒客人，要去温泉池的告知需要額外購買温泉票，到達温泉入口，被告知衹有前台才能買到優惠温泉票，在温泉入口衹能購買原價票，而在此過程中酒店工作人員未告知需要在前台購買優惠票。
6作為温泉酒店，温泉入口路標非常不明顯，也沒有工作人員帶路，需要自己尋找。
7酒店住客買温泉票也衹有單次進入，出來再進去就要再付一次門票。
大家自行慎重考慮！
新開的又地處瑞金 唯一的好處就是人少，相對乾淨。除此以外，一無是處。

入住體驗超棒！房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適，前台服務熱情貼心，位置也便利，下次來還選這家。
酒店性價比拉滿！衞生細節到位，隔音效果好，早餐種類豐富，工作人員響應快，很滿意的一次住宿。
超出預期的入住！房間採光足，設施新，離景區近，夜間安靜不吵鬧，服務周到，值得推薦給朋友。

五星酒店收費標準早餐不應該蒼蠅到處都是，早餐路邊攤品質，火腿和培根都是麻辣燙店東西，沒有熱茶，沒有咖啡，沒有酸奶，住過上百家酒店算見世面了，洗衣是自助的，服務還不如快捷酒店，沒做過酒店的土老闆開的店

酒店很新，工作人員充足，在酒店期間的需求基本上都很快得到解決。入住期間體驗感非常好，十一來的温泉部分也沒有特別多人，基本上可以一家人一個池子非常舒適自在，媽媽非常喜歡室內温泉裏面的幾個spa的機器，無邊泳池也很乾凈，還有很多小朋友可以玩水上樂園的設施，雖然小朋友多但是場地足夠大，也不會覺得很擠人，總之就是非常滿意。第二天早上的早餐自助也不錯，以中式早點為主，下粉面的地方加上他們自己炒的肉醬+一個類似於鹹菜的臊子+老乾媽紅油辣椒+酸豆角+一點醋，很好吃，就是酸辣肉醬麪。有機會下次再帶家人來
