The hotel was clean and the staff were nice. It was not close to the capital city, so you may have to plan well before your trip.

Die Empfangsdame hatte eine sehr spezielle Art. Frühstück ist überschaubar . Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und Ordentlich. Ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen.

房間超級漂亮，三個大窗户能看到城區和遠處的雪山，設施很好很新，衞生很好。就是停車位不好進，入口很窄而且停車位不大

A self check in hotel with all the amenities. Very comfortable and clean. Beautiful view. The breakfast is very sumptuous and healthy to accommodate all types of nationalities. The parking is free and the surrounding area is very clean and inviting.

A nice hotel with a nice design and the rooms are large. But it's a shame that there is no staff for check-in, but via a machine and only payable by credit card 💳, because of a public holiday. We had a ☝️ problem with our reservation where one of our rooms was not registered in their system and there was no one to actually resolve the problem other than calling the reservation platform. Really disappointed 😢 but the next day they were able to resolve the problem.

This hotel does not provide reception in the evenings and on weekends. Come at another time instead...A machine, which does not work, is supposed to register you on arrival: username, password, does not work, no one at reception, try to find an employee near the kitchen who would kindly check you in… degree zero welcome for a hotel costing almost €200 per room. The price of a 3 star for the quality of a Formula 1… The rest is to match, perfectly impersonal…

Located in an industrial area, not glamorous but functional. Modern decoration. Swiss standard rooms therefore very correct. On the other hand, during our stay the heating system was broken and as it was too hot we had to sleep with the window ajar (in February)... limit. My safe did not work and I reported this to the receptionist. It didn't change anything. Restaurant and canteen-style breakfast. No kettle in the room. So in the end a little disappointed by the level of services and customer service.

Very nice and clean hotel. The staff is very kind and helpful. Check in is independent but very easy. Large outdoor parking and free indoor garage. It's a 15 minute walk to the local market. Quiet area and connected by a bus which I never took because I preferred to walk. The hotel has a bar and a restaurant but they are closed on Sundays. There is a paid drinks machine. I didn't give 5 stars because I didn't find either a minibar or a kettle in the room. We slept very well, soundproofed rooms with shutters that allow you to sleep in the dark even on rainy days. I advise.

Geweldig verblijf. Alles is super netjes en het hotel is heel goed onderhouden. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk. Het ontbijt was niet heel erg uitgebreid maar wel voldoende keuze met goede kwaliteit producten! Ook goede parkeergelegenheid. Goede wifi. Als ik dan toch iets van verbeterpunten moet aangeven; - Stevigere kussens - Decafé bij het ontbijt

Ho prenotato una camera superior nella palazzina Ost dell’albergo, nuova anzi nuovissima. Camera molto bella elegante e funzionale mi sembrava di essere il primo ad entrarci, molto tecnologica con prese usb-c e attacchi vari. L’unica nota negativa ed il motivo per cui non si 5 stelle è la mancanza dell’aria condizionata quel giorno c’era molto caldo ed un po’ ho sofferto. Colazione tipica tedesca molto salato e poco dolce ma soddisfacente. Il luogo dove sorge è una zona un po’ industriale e nel weekend è vuota. Parcheggio immenso e gratuito a più piani e a cui si accede dal pianerottolo delle camere.

Das Kommod mag ich; die Zimmer sind hell und modern, und grosszügig. Das Service/ Personal ist super. Das Restaurant kocht sehr gut. Die Meeting- und Seminar-Infrastruktur ist super und sehr gut serviciert. Wir sind gerne dort mit unseren Gästen und Kunden. Fitness-Center ist inkl., 150m entfernt im Kokon; Achtung: geöffnet von 8:00 bis 21:00 Uhr.

Un hôtel en tout point idéal tranquille chambre parfaite emplacement moderne aussi . Le petit déjeuner est super et copieux rien à redire à conseiller dans le coin. L’accueil est moderne aussi check in automatisé peut surprendre.
