We stayed at this place during Diwali. Unfortunately I forgot my Hoodie at the hotel. I called the hotel and spoke to Mr Ayush. I requested him to courier the Hoodie to my residence and that I would pay for the same. He confirmed that it would be done. However, since then (it is nearly a month now) he is not responding to my calls or messages. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE would be my advice.

Worst experience. Staff try to manipulate. Bad service. Rooms in old building are in very bad condition. Service is very poor. Food is ok. We will not recommend this hotel to any one of my contact. Bad hotel. Need to train staff how to reply to the customers.

No no no... Absolutely pathetic food .. not all all good services... And facilities... No toiletries no hand towels no foot mats....Only mr manish f and b manager is considerate rest everything is below average well below average. A BIG BIG NO FOR ANY BODY TO STAY HERE. Please FIND SOME OTHER Place.
