Très accueillant, bon accueil, petit déjeuner bien complet et varié. Mal insonorisé, déco basique , finition a revoir dans toute la chambre , douche, WC, beaucoup trop cher au vu du confort et de la literie.Proprete parfaite , arrivée autonome bien pratique, stationnement aux abords facile

Hôtel bruyant, plutôt mal situé, personnel peu agréable à part le responsable qui lui est sympathique et souriant. Chambre très vétuste, la douche on en parle même pas... Le silence n'était clairement pas respecté par les personnes ayant séjourné en même temps que nous.

L'hôtel La Croisette est proche de la plage comme de la gare de Royan. (Il n'y a cependant aucune nuisance sonore à signaler.) L'accueil et l'ensemble du personnel y sont particulièrement sympathiques. La chambre et le lit sont très confortables. Un excellent rapport qualité / prix.

Très satisfait de notre passage à l’hôtel : idéalement situe avec grand nombre de parking gratuits à proximité. La chambre est très correcte, bien insonorisée, propre et fonctionnelle. Informations très claires données pour notre arrivée. Au petit déjeuner ce matin, hôtesse très sympathique et conviviale, attentive a nos besoins. Petit déjeuner varié et bien garni. Très bon rapport qualité prix ! Je recommande

On arrival first impression was not great, due to the outside needing a coat of paint, but the welcome was friendly and genuine. We had 3 rooms, 6. 7 and 11, 11 was very small, lack of sockets to plug equipment into (only 2 in the room, by the headboard) bathroom very small, unable to sit on loo and close door! Apart from this the kingsize bed was very comfy, and we had a great nights sleep.Plenty of hot water for shower in the morning, although shower would not stay in position on the wall, as bracket loose, yes it overlooks the station, but it did not disturb us. Ideal location for beach and shops, self service breakfast was good, also server/host friendly and attentive, just for information, the restaurant is only open lunchtimes monday to friday, and only serves breakfast for guests sat & sun. Would we return, yes, but not room 11!!

Un petit hôtel de qualité. Bien situé dans le centre-ville. Le petit déjeuner est à tomber . Le gérant est sympathique. Franchement le rapport qualité/prix/situation est imbattable. Il n'y a pas de parking attribué mais il y a moyen de se garer (voir avec le gérant)

l'emplacement est trés bien. La chambre propre et joliment décorée le top la vue au dernier étage pas trop de bruit de la circulation plutôt le bruit des clients et des canalisations (chasse d'eau...). j'ai apprécié la bouilloire mais pas de prise électrique proche il faut la déplacer! le vrai point négatif est la porte à galandage qui ne ferme pas jusqu'au bout et c'est la porte des WC !!!

Nous sommes venus à 10 pour le marché de Noël. Hôtel chaleureux. Beaux espaces. Salon et salle bar très agréable. L’accueil très sympathique, le personnel très gentil. Notre chambre était spacieuse, et la literie confortable, le petit dej copieux. +1 pour nous avoir permis de voir la finale de coupe du monde dans le salon de l’hôtel. Très bonne expérience. Nous reviendrons sans réfléchir.
