Just returned from a weeks stay here. The apartments were beautiful and very well equipped. The bed was very comfortable, and big. It all seems to be very new. It was an apartment for 4 but with only 2 of us there was plenty of space, It would be cosy for 4. The staff were very helpful. It was very quiet in early September. The pool is a decent size if you enjoy swimming, not just 3 strokes and your across! The situation for us was great, a 5 minute walk from the station (we'd travelled by train) and 3min stroll to the beach.

Résidence récente et proche de la mer. Appartement très bien agencé et bien insonorisé.Claire et Justine à la réception sont très agréables. Petit déj délicieux. Parking souterrain très pratique.

Très belle résidence près de la plage et de toutes les comodités, accessible en transport en commun. Plusieurs bus/ trains permettent de visiter la région. Personnel très agréable

L'établissement était tout neuf, ce qui est un point positif. Cependant, nous ne reviendrons pas à Royan. Le front de mer manque d'activités, ce qui limite les possibilités de sortie. Nous étions logés dans un appartement situé au-dessus du parking. Malheureusement, les résidents sortaient à pied par le parking plutôt que par l'entrée principale, ce qui générait beaucoup de bruit et nuisait à notre tranquillité. De plus, nous n'avons pas pu prendre nos repas du matin et du midi sereinement en raison de travaux dans l'immeuble voisin. Le bruit était tel que nous devions fermer les portes. Enfin, la municipalité effectuait la tonte des espaces verts entre midi et 14h, ce qui rajoutait encore du bruit pendant les moments de repos. Pour des vacances reposantes, il est donc préférable de choisir un logement situé côté piscine, loin du parking et des nuisances sonores.

Résidence neuve, appartement bien équipé sauf une trop petite table sur la terrasse pour 3 personnes. Personnel pro et courtois,bon accueil. Lit confortable mais canapé lit étrange avec un petit lit qui coulisse sous le canapé. Appartement calme. Plage et centre ville proches. Côté négatif : pas d'airco dans les chambres et il fait chaud la nuit , attention aux moustiques. Propreté laisse à désirer, toiles d'araignées sur la terrasse , taches dans l'ascenseur et les couloirs communs aux étages. Piscine non chauffée, la piscine extérieure est faite pour les enfants , peu de profondeur (max 1m40 sur les 2 dernier mètres sinon on est vers 70 cm de profondeur. Pour le calme à la piscine on repassera. Horaires piscine 10h 20h. Attention aux restrictions de la piscine : pas de musique , pas de bouée, pas de ballon... Petit déjeuner très cher 19 euros en promo à 16 par personne. Si vous avez un chien , 100 euros la semaine. Parking couvert pratique 40 euros semaine. En résumé : bonnes vacances à la résidence mais il y a pas mal de choses à améliorer.

L'appartement est spacieux (2 chambres et 2 salles de bains, bien agencé. Le balcon donnait sur une terrasse de toit végétalisé pas terrible et vis à vis proche avec gros tuyaux chromés de soufflerie dommage. Pour un séjour de trois semaines la vue n'est pas adaptée. Nous avions précisé à la réservation en février une vue agréable ! Résidence récente, mais le parking n'est pas équipé de bornes de recharges pour véhicules hybrides rechargeables ou véhicules électriques...

Appartement lumineux, fonctionnel et agréable, avec une belle vue sur la piscine. Literie confortable, parfait pour bien se reposer. L’accueil a été particulièrement chaleureux, avec une équipe jeune, dynamique et toujours souriante. Mention spéciale à Kevin et Claire pour leur gentillesse et leur professionnalisme ! L’établissement est bien tenu, idéalement situé à deux pas des commodités et à seulement 100 mètres de la plage. La piscine est très agréable, et le spa/hammam en option apporte une belle touche de détente. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et de qualité, un vrai plus pour bien commencer la journée. En résumé, un très bon séjour que je recommande sans hésiter !
