We booked this hotel mainly for using the spa facilities, but I’ve been kicked out from the pool area in the first day we arrived, they close the pool due to someone making 💩 in the pool. The staff was not helpful at all. We tried to get an entry for a different day to use the pool but they didn't want to give us another entry. I went to reception few times to ask them about the issues, but everyone was passing the responsibility to someone else!

The room faces the Thames and has a beautiful view. The hotel service is excellent, because we have IHG members, we can check in early and check out late. The toiletries are byredo.
