The hotel room A/C was broken in room 313 so it never turns off, it just keeps running day and night. The beds are so small and very noisy when you sit or lay down on them. The breakfast was the worst I've ever been to. There was no fresh eggs to make or fresh bread. The hotel staff are nice but the hotel room and breakfast are completely lousy and I would not return.

I’m a Hilton Diamond member and have always trusted the brand, but this stay was honestly really disappointing. We came down to visit family like we’ve done before and chose this location again, but it just wasn’t what it should’ve been. There were roaches in the room, and the sheets had what looked like blood stains. The room overall didn’t feel clean. I also didn’t receive my complimentary waters, which has happened more than once at this property. I brought everything up to the front desk, but the woman working didn’t seem concerned—there was no apology or attempt to make it right. We ended up leaving early because we didn’t feel comfortable staying. It’s frustrating and really unfortunate because we’ve had better experiences here in the past. But after this, we won’t be returning. I hope management takes this seriously—this is not the level of quality or care I’ve come to expect from Hilton.

I really dislike leaving bad reviews, but this was genuinely the worst hotel experience I’ve had. We stayed here recently, and the hotel completely ran out of toilet paper—something that should never happen at any property, let alone a Hilton brand. On top of that, they’re no longer offering Honor waters, which, to my understanding, is a Hilton standard for loyal members. I’ve been staying with Hilton for years and travel frequently for work, and I’ve never encountered this level of unpreparedness or lack of basic hospitality. It’s disappointing to see such a decline in quality and guest care. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes the changes necessary to meet the standards Hilton guests expect and deserve.

I enjoyed my stay very much. The front staff is excellent. The in-room kitchenette is more than adequate. The bed is comfortable, the sheets, towels and water are soft. At the time they were training some new housekeeping staff, so there were a few issues but the front desk staff quickly corrected the problem. There is a lot of choice for breakfast - waffles, cereal, sausage patties, biscuits, muffins, bagels, toast, english muffins, etc. The pool was unavailable for the entire week. So, if you're planning to stay and a pool is important to you, best to check ahead to make sure it's open. Despite that, I'd stay here again for sure.

I would stay again
The hotel is very modern and clean. The room was very comfortable. However, the refrigerator door did not always close properly and a soda exploded all over the inside because it got so cold while I was out all day. The breakfast bar was nice, but not geared toward people with dietary restrictions, like diabetes. But that is my problem, not theirs and I had food in my fridge. There were a few days where the water was not very hot, but it did get fixed. The front desk is not always manned, which made it difficult to address the hot water problem. And the key required elevator is a security feature, but if you accidently leave the key in the room, you have to hoof it down the stairs to get another. It is a very nice place for a longer stay and would stay again, despite the issues.

Pillows are very very thin. Sheets constantly came off the mattress. Shower had a bunch of hairs everywhere.
The location is near a highway so there is a lot of noise and lights.

I thought I booked at the one by the medical office location which I stayed last week so I went to this last cation since other was sold out. This one plastic toilet seats, just felt old. The elevators were Very slow when it wasn’t be used then. I won’t return to this location again. Checking in I almost slipped because the cones were I guess it was mopped and the front desk attendant didn’t say a word
