Residence Inn Austin Round Rock/Dell Way

Great location. Room was nice and clean. Had a basketball court which was awesome for me. And the receptionist Latisha was excellent and very helpful. Will definitely recommend.

Good size room with a fireplace we couldn't figure out. The decor had a dated style but it's ok not bad but not great. The parking lot is very dark at night and feels a little sketchy but it's not bad.

I'm very upset, I'm staying in this hotel four days a week because of my job and I've already had two bad experiences, one the room they gave me, it smelled bad, it smelled like pee second I got home from work, tired wanting to have a bath and there is no hot water, it turns out that I call the office and they tell me that there is no one who can fix it, Until the next day, and I asked him if it was possible that they would give me another room just to bathe, and it turned out that they offered me another room to bathe, but no They guaranteed me that it was clean so who can bathe in a bathroom where she someone else used it and it is dirty how unpleasant this hotel!!! They no longer keep it pleasant, and regarding lunch there is no more fruit, there are no more things that are missing there, I think this hotel needs more maintenance and attention so that everything is organized for the people who stay at the hotel, and we do not take bad experiences like the ones I have taken I think that's why one pays for the room service so that they are responding in this unpleasant way!! What a bad experience I have had with this hotel, I am very upset especially because I am forced to take my baths at night and it turns out that not even hot water, we now have to wait if tomorrow morning, to see if there is hot water to be able to go bathe because it is unpleasant that there is no hot water in the morning and having to go to my work without bathing, what a shame and I work in a clinic, imagine having to see my patients without being bathed Wow!! ......

The staff was always professional, cheerful and willing to help in any way they could. The breakfast items were always fresh and the selection varied day to day. The coffee was always available, fresh and hot. There was a large grass area for dogs around back with easy access through any one of three doors. At each door was a plastic bag holder in case you forgot your own. I liked the place so much I extended my stay and it was no problem for the staff. Thank you!

We had a great stay over the July 4th weekend, except for the rain! Rooms were clean and comfy, breakfast was great and staff were friendly. We weren’t able to use the pool but that’s not their fault. After reading some of the negative comments I was concerned, but our stay was great.

The staff was great ! Given what they had to work with ! The problem is cutting back in the already limited breakfast options - When we last stayed there were hard cooked eggs, fresh vegetables ( spinach and such) a microwave and more egg and meat options- those are now all gone Some days there were only small plates, some days no 2%, half and half I understand cutting back, but this was totally unacceptable We’ll not be back ,
