Just okay, not a very good deal.

Convenient location

If you can't find other more distinctive hotels, you can consider this international chain. It's a bit old, but it has everything you need. It's also very convenient in the city center. There is also a parking lot with reasonable fees.

It's an old facility, but considering it's in Europe, it's a decent standard. There are many famous tourist attractions near the hotel, so you can get to them all on foot. The parking lot is underground, and you have to pay the parking fee first to get out.

Good hotel, excellent breakfast, nice and close to the center of a wonderfully beautiful city! We will definitely go back there!!

Arriving in a foreign country after a long trip and not finding availability of the room reserved and confirmed by your agency at the hotel was traumatic. No other rooms were available in the hotel and apparently in all of Rouen. Fortunately, the receptionist found us a room in an Ibis hotel at the same price as what I had already paid online at your agency. Too bad the hotel was of a lower category and 30 kilometers from our destination, which required us to commute by car, at our expense, very inconvenient. I would like to point out that the receptionist, for the future, advised us to contact the hotel directly and no longer your agency. I don't know if the responsibility for what happened lies with your agency or with the Mercure Hotel in Rouen, but it certainly threatened to ruin our vacation from day one. This is the first time something this annoying has happened to me and I hope it never happens again. I await your considerations

Unfortunately, we did not use this hotel, after booking a room on trip.com it turned out that there are no rooms at this hotel. The lady at the reception spread her hands and offered us to stay in another hotel. We were transferred to a campanille hotel. Taxi on your own. Scandal. Such things do happen. Dissatisfied in a distant hotel, however, we spent a nice three days in the beautiful city of Rouen. The request at the hotel reception for ladies to check the reservation and notify about any changes a little earlier so as not to stay in the open air.
