For Paris standard, this hotel is great value for money! I got a room at the top floor and it is very quiet, have air conditioning and a small elevator that stops at the floor below. The room has quite decent size (for Paris) and have most things you need neatly arranged inside. The lobby is very modern and stylish, the staff are friendly especially the lady who greeted me. The location is excellent if you like staying somewhere a bit chill without a lot of shopping and crowds, but have plenty of restaurants and easy metro access (just 1 min walk).

Best location ever in Paris. The hotel is surrounded with so many terrasse. The only problem is that the rooms are very small. Wouldn’t recommend for couples but that’s not new in Paris.

I booked 2 nights, but due to personal reasons or a mistake, I couldn't go to Paris. The hotel did not take any action and I was told that it was absolutely not possible, so I lost over 300,000 won for 2 nights. I contacted Trip.com, but I still haven't heard back. It's unfair. So I ended up staying at another hostel.

The room is a little bigger than those in the same area and price range. The bathroom is not that cramped. Breakfast is 18 euros per person. The bed is hard and more comfortable than the soft beds in other European hotels.

The room was very clean and the location was good. The only disadvantage is that it is noisy. There is a lot of traffic noise at night, which makes people feel very bad.

This price is rare in Paris

The location of the hotel is convenient, but the room is super small. The breakfast is OK. The most important thing is to be able to do accounting next to you. . And the awesome burgers in the restaurant next to it downstairs are great!

I stayed here for 2 nights and felt very comfortable during my stay. The price is very good value - the 24 hour concierge was always very friendly and helpful. They let me store my luggage for a few hours before check in. There is an elevator which was good and the restaurant next to it on the corner is really good and open til very late. As a solo female traveler I felt very safe in this area as it was mostly families, or workers - always people around having meals in the restaurants.

Very well located but noisy hotel, avoid the street side... we were not offered a choice... Friendly staff depending on the hours... come back at 3pm! Not even a bottle of water available or for sale... Comfortable bed in a tiny room where you can barely walk around the bed. We didn't risk the breakfast...

Well located and very well maintained hotel. The reception is very courteous and professional. My room, located on the 2nd floor on the street side, was clean and comfortable but very poorly soundproofed, unfortunately. Throughout the night, I was bothered by external and internal noise (traffic, garbage collectors, transport, deliveries as well as various noises coming from neighboring rooms, etc.). I had a very bad night despite my fatigue. It is regrettable.

This hotel has pitiful business management. I couldn't go there during the strikes in Paris....they didn't want to give me a credit when I have to go to Paris once a month. They are profiteers. They are taking advantage of the fact that travelers are unable to come to their home.... It cost 430 euros for 3 nights.... This is unacceptable... Attention, gentlemen and ladies....we must not don't go there...I think you will be poorly received. The management is not emphatic...

We only stayed for two nights, without breakfast. Small and cozy room with very comfortable beds. The lift stops between one floor and another, to get to the room you have to take a few steps with your luggage, although not very comfortable, it wasn't a big problem for us. The lady at the reception speaks Italian very well and is very helpful in providing explanations on travel etc. hotel located in an excellent position, very close to the Pasteur metro station, the boulangerie and various restaurants.
