Response from Property: Dear guests, our hotel has rooms in Buildings A and B, with smoking and non-smoking areas. When you checked out, did you smoke in the room? Was it because you didn't turn on the ventilator and the smoke smell was strong? The guest rooms in our hotel all have panoramic windows and strict cleaning requirements. You are required to open the doors and windows for ventilation and check the room status before booking. After checking in, you did not contact the front desk to find out if there was any problem with the room. The exhaust fan was in good working order. Did you not press the switch? Regarding the loud noise of the boiler downstairs in the morning, it’s a bit strange. We don’t have a boiler downstairs, so where does the boiler sound come from? All the windows of the hotel are hollow soundproof glass, so even if there is noise outside, you can't hear it inside! Thanks for your input.

Response from Property: Dear: Thank you for your stay. We will send warm reminders to all guests, check-in precautions, WiFi passwords and air conditioner remote control operation diagrams. It does not mean that there is no problem with the air conditioner. It has only been more than a year since we installed it. Gree Air Conditioner Two-horse variable frequency air conditioner, the invoice date is just over a year ago. We thought it was strange that you said it was hot. We looked at the remote control the next day and it turned out that it was only adjusted to one gear. It should have been set to strong enough at the beginning to cool it down to silent mode. Regarding the wifi problem, it was already late at night when you raised it, and I also sent the wifi in the next room for you to use. I asked the master to come over early the next morning to check. It turns out that you pressed the rehabilitation button. Maybe you pressed the wrong button, and the master reset it. Well, thank you very much for your suggestion. We are now contacting the guest and turning on the air conditioner half an hour in advance. We will try our best to do better. We look forward to your visit again!
