Not a bad hotel, but nothing good to say about it either. The pool is nice, the room was too dark

First floor rooms smell not good. Window view not good.

This hotel is an ordinary, small hotel, and its main customers seem to be Chinese. It has a small swimming pool and is located 5 minutes away from Patong Beach. Compared to the resort we stayed at in Bangtao, which offered a similar rate, this hotel feels overrated with little to no attractions.

The hotel was a real holiday hotel. The room was spotless and cleaned every day. Our balcony overlooked the pool. The staff was very attentive. There were taxis, buses and tuktuks passing by on the road right in front of the hotel. There was a taxi stand in front of the hotel, and a 7Eleven and exchange office across from it. Everything was within walking distance. Massage parlors, bars, markets, Bangla Road and the shopping mall were within walking distance. It was very easy to reach other important areas such as Phuket Center, Karon Beach and Kata Beach from the hotel. We would also like to thank the night staff who took care of us very much. They helped us with everything we asked for. If we travel to Phuket again, we will book this hotel again...

Very nice hotel indeed. Especially 1) Real time on-line help, this hotel provides free help in dinning, shopping, etc in surrounding area; 2) Considering our special needs, the hotel offered one extra room for the three of us in this off-peak tourism season, though we booked one room only. 确实挺棒的酒店。尤其是，1）提供即时的在线服务，解答酒店周边的餐饮、购物等问题；2）在那个不是旺季的季节，考虑到我们特殊情况酒店给我们三人额外一个房间，尽管当初我们只预订了一间房间。

Hotel is crowded by Chinese which are horribly noisy. The sauna was not available. When I asked the receptionist why it is not available, she couldn't answer, as her English was not good enough to explain anything to me. I changed the hotel after 2 nights as I couldn't handle the noises anymore. At least the location of the hotel is good.

Air-Con to cool down the room takes more the 3 to 4hrs to feel the coolest,TV not working didn’t bother to call the front desk to fix it up.

The staff were wonderful and so friendly. The pool was really nice and not busy at all. Close to the beach strip with lots of amazing options for food, drinks, money exchange, etc. It’s far enough from Bangla Road and seedy areas to be family friendly but close enough that you can easily walk there if you want.
