The location is really convenient, it is about six minutes walk from Rotterdam Central Station. The staff members are really helpful and kind as well. The view is really good as well.

Excellent and quiet location, around 5 minutes walk to the rotterdam central station, easy check in and out and friendly staff and they even offered to take our luggage to room, shame no lift and the lift is for staff used only, pillows were too soft and okay bed, had free coffee and tea every morning however it seems they didn't refill them - once they were gone they were gone which was a shame as it depends how much guests on the day. Okay shower.

Quirky and fun hotel, every room has a different vibe. Welcomed by friendly staff and location brilliant.

Awesome n special hotel!!

Hotels location is near Rotterdam Centraal station and this allows you to move easily. They have good staff that welcomes and help you when you need. Hotel has good and unusual concept. I stayed at red room, it was small but has toilet and shower and useful for sleeping. If you have plan to spend time at your room you need to choose other rooms. Only negative thing about this hotel they didn’t change my towels and bed in 3 days time but I didn’t ask for that also :) if I wanted they would do that I believe. Price / performance is great for this hotel 👍🏻

My family and I spent two nights at this hotel during our summer vacation. It was a pleasant hotel with an intriguing design. The restaurant and bar had a very welcoming bartender. However, there are areas where the hotel could improve. These include the necessity for a lift (the stairs are very small and steep, especially when carrying a large suitcase) and the rooms being quite small. We arrived in Rotterdam on the same day that the Summer Carnival began. Unfortunately, this was not an enjoyable experience as the streets were overcrowded and there was excessive drinking. As a family, we felt unsafe. The following day, the streets were littered with rubbish.

location was perfect! right next to the bus stop which we used daily! and right next to the central station as well! a short walk to all the yummy surrounding foods! and the hotel was fun to walk around :)

We absolutely loved our stay at the hotel. It had such a quirky and interesting charm. The manager provided exceptional service, sharing fascinating details about the hotel and ensuring we had all the information we needed about the area. The hotel was very clean and modern. A few points of feedback: Tea and coffee are complimentary, but milk is only available upon request at reception. I wanted overnight oats from the breakfast menu, but they had run out. The male bartender was handling food without washing his hands after touching his hair. The hotel manager was outstanding and even helped us with our cruise luggage tags, making sure we were prepared for our cruise after check-out. We will definitely stay here again!

The hotel is somewhat hidden between buildings, making it difficult to locate—even our Uber driver struggled to find the entrance. The front door resembles the back entrance of a commercial building, which made for an unwelcoming first impression. While the staff were very friendly and helpful, we encountered some challenges with accessibility. We had to climb two steep flights of stairs to reach our room, which could be an issue for guests with heavy luggage or mobility concerns. The room itself was extremely small. The bed was only about a foot away from the bathroom and toilet, which made the space feel cramped and uncomfortable. Additionally, there were no windows in the room, except for one facing the corridor where other guests frequently walk by, offering little privacy or natural light. There were no amenities provided, and breakfast was not included in the rate, which made the stay feel like poor value for the price. If you aren't a backpacker looking for the most basic accommodations, I would recommend considering other options such as the Holiday Inn Express, which may offer better value and comfort.

It was in a great location, charming and compact. The restaurant area didn't seem functional... but you're in the middle of town so it's no problem.
