Very happy with my stay at the Prestige Sant Marc cleanliness beautiful room good welcome helpful staff location I was able to park the car in front of the room spacious safe fridge terrace. Hearty breakfast too bad a little late for me 7:45 in the evening I ate at the all-you-can-eat buffet very varied and of good quality not very expensive water included 17th hotel very good value for money

Emplacement calme et bien situé proche de la plage . Accueil et personnel agréable.
Chambre avec vue agréable mais trop petite et très peu équipée.
La salle de bain n’est même pas fermée elle est directement à l’entrée de la chambre. Donc manque d'intimité et de place et celle ci n’est que très peu équipée également: un simple plan de travail étroit avec un lavabo trop petit et trop haut qui n’est pas pratique et pas d’étagère pour poser nos affaires de salle de bain.
La literie semble un peu datée et n’est pas très confortable.
Le buffet sur place est assez varié avec des produits frais (bar à salade varié) mais la qualité des produits/plats est moyenne voir médiocre pour certains produits comme les jus de fruits au petit déjeuner ou certains desserts proposés.

Je ne comprends pas la stratégie de votre hôtel ou peut-être une simple question de rentabilité. Comment en pleine période estivale pouvez vous prendre des réservations de groupe sachant que l hotel est déjà full .aucun problème c est votre choix ceci au détriment des clients habitués qui doivent supporter ces gens là bruyants sans respect car mal encadré,car un client lambda payé plus cher ses nuites q un client faisant partie d un groupe . Ce connais déjà votre réponse disant merci pour votre commentaire et que vous allez voir ce que vous pouvez faire alors que la réponse est très simple rentabilité rentabilité rentabilité au détriment du client lambda qui paye plein pot pour avoir un semblant de calme qui n existe pas .

Le personnel est très gentil Le petit déjeuner est super copieux ainsi que les repas et c’est très bon Les chambres sont propres Parking très cher 15€/ jour Par contre très grosse galère pour se garer si vous ne prenez pas le parking il n’y a quasiment jamais de place vers l’hôtel
