Quality Inn & Suites

We stayed in 209 room was decent except the main doors had large space in between them where you could see the hallway and it didn’t latch tightly and we could push door open the door was same with 206

I don't even know where to begin with how disappointing this hotel was. I rated a few categories as 2 instead of 1 because the young lady who checked us in was doing her best when her computer failed. The pictures on the website must be more than a decade old as it looks NOTHING like that now. The pictures of the breakfast are laughable! The only hot food was a crockpot of gravy to pour over some prefab biscuits. There was not much of anything else. The lobby had two decrepit filthy stained wing back chairs that should have been taken our and burned. Our room was so dark and dingy that I was afraid to even sit on the furniture. My first move was to pull up the comforter and sheets to look for bedbugs. Finding none, I did sleep in one of the double beds but my wife was not as fortunate as her bed sloped badly from one corner to the opposite corner. She was a sweetheart and didn't want my stay to be any worse than it was so she didn't say anything until we left. The toilet flap in the tank leaked so that the toilet constantly refilled and emptied throughout the night. The shower had hot water, but a flimsy little shower head that produced a slight ring of water rather than a descent shower. There was no housekeeping at all after our first of two nights. The hotel is located on top of a little hill with no barrier nor warning that you could drive off a cliff into the business below if not careful. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Deadbolt did not work The room was nice but there was something on the floor not sure what it was. The deadbolt lock did not work because the lock and door jam were off. Did not feel totally secure.

Only positive thing was a young lady named Nikki who checked us in late Friday evening the rest of this day was horrible. There was so many stink bugs we counted 15 just in the window not counting the four or five that were flying around the TV we gave up watching the TV. We have no idea what the stain on the floor in the bathroom was it looked like blood but we didn't know. The shower just wasn't horrendous the shower curtain bar was loose or afraid to touch the shower curtain play faucet handle itself was loose so it dripped the whole night you couldn't turn it all the way off and the shower head was loose it leaked everywhere. I'm coming back for the exact same event in June and I am not staying at that hotel I'll tell everybody to stay away from this hotel.

Not the best Main entrance and elevator dirty. No hot water. Toilet was plugged. The staff was very friendly and apologetic.

Needed a maintenance man to repair a few items. i.e. shower diverter ready to fall off.
