Sebastian Gardens Inn & Suites

Thiis a family owned company. And they’re very vague and very shady on fees and different things. I would never recommend this hotel to anybody. they aren’t part of any kind of chain. There is absolutely nobody to hold them accountable. My lifetime work has been working for hotel hotels like Disney, Marriott and Hilton, etc.. and then instead of allowing to pay on a credit card where there’s paper trails they want you to give them cash or Zelle them the money. I can only think that shady companies who don’t want to report what they’re making on their taxes, do these sort of things. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. Sunce this is the first and only review on this site I feel like maybe they’re deleting them. I can’t imagine how anybody could’ve stayed at this place and not come up with the same thoughts. -Have you ever been to a hotel that asked you to send fees to there personal Zelle account? I have not nor has any company I’ve ever worked for done this.

For one there was no one I. The office when we got there, bust service even called to try and get an answer and no response. Second the place was dirty and people live there it’s not a normal hotel. Third after no response, ******* and the place won’t refund my money plus we had to pay for an additional hotel at 9pm and got lucky because everyone around was booked . So off to the bank to file a claim.

Extra $20.00 charge at check in Yes, I checked in about 9:30 PM. No one in the office but there was someone nearby who responded to 1 of the 2 numbers posted on the door. In the room there are no table lamps, just a combo fan/light operated by the wall switch by the door. The TV has 2 remotes, one for Channel changing and another, I assume to turn the TV on and off. The TV was on when I entered the room but when I tried to turn the TV off with the first remote so I picked up the other to turn it off but there were no batteries in that one so I jumped up from bed and had to unplug the TV to turn it off. Shower was fine. There was no coffee in the office in the AM....In fact there was no one in the office. I had to Call to check out. about 9:30AM.. ......The drain pipe under the sink just let the water to drain onto the cabinet then the bathroom floor. When I looked in the cabinet under the sink there were rags on the floor so I knew this first time the leak was noticed (see Photo)... The other thing the road noise in the morning was relatively constant from about sunrise on. The rooms face the road about 40 feet away. However the thing that set things off on the wrong foot was a $22.00 See Photo. I could not use a credit card as the clerk said the machine was broken. That extra $20.00 Had I known would have possibly gotten me a better place elsewhere. She said it had something to do with *******. News to me.

PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE!!! This is so unprofessional… When we got to the place, not only they gave us a smoking room that smells and stink, but they told us that they have no other room available… When I called to speak with the lady in front, she told us to contact ******* to tell them to contact her boss, which i did. Today, i received an email saying that this place refused to refund me my money! I am going to report you to the police. Smhhh…

Didn’t stay there. It was very rundown. There was plywood over windows and looked like drug activity!!!! I would like my money back. Thank you
