Lovely gated Condo. Security 24/7 safe and family friendly. Walking distance to the beach and amazing view. My host Lissette answer all my questions and responded same day. Security are a bit strict, but I guess its a good thing. I didn’t have no issues at all but did see other families but if you follow the rules you should be good. Would definitely recommend.

Worse rental property experience
No running hot water
Place was filthy and dusty
Had to clean sweep and mop floors upon arrival
Coffee pot was broken dripped everywhere and made a mess
We had to go to a club house to shower

Last Condo, bad location very noisy street all night, TV not working, no private grill, far from amenities and the worst parking in a perimeter alley for a truck. But The best Gardens all around.
