the confirmation email announces: “reception is open until 6 p.m.” MUST! arriving around 11 a.m. a poster indicates: "reception from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.???" with a number in 06 which answers we are closed and leave an SMS in case of emergency (no response) and a number in 0800 which all lines are busy??? Having booked for a wedding, we had to change outside in the parking lot and collected our keys around 5 p.m. after the wedding and therefore used the apartment just to sleep for a few hours. Everything else was very good, but for that really not great!!!

We often go to this area that we are beginning to know and appreciate well. This is what saved our vacations, the environment outside the rental! The advantages of the residence: Arrival and departure possible according to our convenience (during the week or on weekends) The speed of intervention in the event of problems in the apartment (unfortunately problems only half resolved but let's move on) The - of the residence residence: No air conditioning!!! Horrible for accommodation in the south when it's 38° during the day. Forced to live in the dark (close the shutters) to try to find a minimum of coolness (very very minimal therefore unbearable) The cleanliness of the accommodation? Whether it's the floor or the dishes, including the dusty fan, everything needs to be cleaned when you arrive to feel your best! The fridge thermostat is broken, impossible to know what temperature we set it to, the door of the mini freezer is broken and held with a piece of cardboard which means that it is completely frosted. The walk-in shower with the shower curtain that sticks to you (we can imagine all the previous tenants who stuck to it too, it makes you want...). 1 shower and the entire bathroom turns into a footbath. The swimming pool, I classify it as + at the start of the week. Clear water, few people. At the end of the week it is in the minuses, water with deposits and cloudiness.

After 2 years of vacation in this residence (2019 and 2020) we will no longer set foot there. We used to come there for its services (underground garage, swimming pool, cleanliness), we even recommended the place to our friends. We have just returned from a 10 day stay, and we are disappointed! After a change of ownership; the services are no longer there while prices have increased significantly. The underground garage is inaccessible, the apartment is dirty, the dishes need to be rewashed before use, the sofa covers and pillows are stained, the swimming pool as well as the buildings are abandoned and not maintained at all, my son even had his foot cut because of the broken plastic grids around the pool. The terrace is rarely washed, full of stains and dust. The shower tiles are barely holding together, and threaten to collapse with each shower (crumbling tile joint).
