We truly enjoyed our stay, out rental was a clean and spacious apartment. It is very close to the beach and a beautiful walk to Menton Center Town. Grocery is just beside, and an excellent pastry shop crosses the street.
Only hiccup is the reception hours, limited; otherwise all was great,

Hotellin sijainti on todella hyvä, kahden makuuhuoneen huoneisto on tilava ja siisti pieni oma piha ja terassi. Aurinkotuoli olisi ollut mukava lisä terassille. Palvelu oli todella ystävällistä.

c'est la 3éme fois que je me rends dans cette résidence. J'ai séjourné dans un appartement soi-disant rénové (et donc plus cher). Mais mis à part les coussins et les double-rideaux , rien à changer. de plus : hotte hors service, VMC HS, le réseau TV rame lamentablement et la clim fait comme elle peut. Heureusement le personnel est sympathique et la météo idéale.

I would like to share my experience of our staying at the hotel. The reservation process of the travel network is quite convenient. The Pierre&Vacancies company itself has an excellent reputation and reviews. But there is an issue about this particular hotel. The service is terrible and unfriendly to customers. Moreover receptionist was demanding to pay 50 euro in cash during check out for room cleaning, they asked to pay in cash without providing any invoice/document for payment. By the way the room was not cleaned during 9-day stay at the hotel. The security online deposit for the hotel stay was returned by the company Pierre&Vacancies, but a week later it was debited from the account by the !!!hotel without any reason. Therefore, a bank transaction dispute will be opened to return the deposit.

Location top, propre et bons équipements plus le parking et la piscine en rooftop, plage à 30 mètres et commerces à 10 mètres.

Arrivés dimanche on nous a attribué une chambre au 1er étage avec vue sur les poubelles Alors que nous avions contacté la résidence Sofia Augusta Roquebrune mi juillet pour bien spécifier que nous ne voulions surtout pas être au 1er mais plutôt au dernier étage côtéjardin !!! Le comble c'est qu'aucune consigne n'avait été noté!!! On nous a répondu que l'hôtel était complet... A cette heure nous sommes dans l'attente de parler avec un responsable. Merci juste aux deux personnes de l'accueil qui n'y sont pour rien.

Malgré l’excellente situation géographique de la résidence, l’appartement au rez de chaussée est très sombre toute la journée, de l’eau stagnante sous les dalles de la terrasse la rende inutilisable, une quantité impressionnante de moustiques s’y loge ! Une semaine sans pouvoir prendre un repas dehors ou aérer l’appartement! Très déçue
