Nice property - Missing details
Nice property, spacious and comfortable for a family. The environment is pretty good and safe as well as full of services as supermarkets (just a few steps), bakeries, restaurants and cafes. The train station is also nearby with trains to most of the important destinations.
There were a couple of issues with our stay. First thing was cleanliness, it wasn't super clean and also the smell was terrible as the microwave had fish leftovers from god knows when, completely rotten and filling the apartment with a disgusting smell. No basic clean materials such as soap or tablets for the dishwasher (you have to buy your own which is pretty stupid for a few days). Anyways they provided just a couple of solid pieces of soap for 5 people as well as were not ready to give us even an extra toilet paper. Again, is a nice property with great potential but those small details are also important as you don't want to deal with missing toilet paper at 8pm and having to go out to buy while someone is waiting on the toilet.
The reception is closed after 6 or 7pm so that's an extra issue in case you need some assistance.

non seulement l'état général de la résidence ne s'arrange pas...c'est le moins que l on puisse dire....saleté....bruits divers et variés...à l intérieur et à l extérieur...ascenseurs en panne régulière....c'est presque un jeu maintenant de savoir lequel des 2 sera en panne ce jour....Mais les problèmes de la Reception s'aggravent...plus de titulaire attitrée...une valse de filles incompétentes et hautaines...surtout celle du Dimanche....des femmes de ménage moins attentives et moins présentes qu'avant...des *techniciens* à la ramasse...surtout le chef...une direction qui mise tout sur le fric qui rentre...et rien d'autre !! au prix demandé pour un séjour lambda...celui de l'or..on pourrait s'attendre à mieux !!! ...cette année....qui sera la dernière....j'avais demandé...et obtenu...une compensation financière de....150 euros (au lieu des 500 demandés).....somme qui devait m'être versée sur mon compte fin Octobre...!!! Noel étant passé...j attends encore ....que dire de plus ?? que le DRH est un voleur ?? on le savait déjà .!!!
