"We enjoyed our stay at Mercure Brisbane Spring Hill. The reception team was incredibly helpful — whatever question or issue we had, they sorted it out quickly. The self-service laundry made things easy for our sightseeing trip. A special thanks to Assistant Manager Alex at the front desk; he was friendly, professional, and solved several issues for us during check-in. Highly recommend for a hassle-free stay. "I stayed for three days and ordered Eggs Benedict for two consecutive mornings; the breakfast was quite good, with a variety of breads, fruits, and salads. The room was a bit cramped for three people. The hotel itself was very clean, and they came to tidy up and change towels every day. However, going up and down the hill daily was a bit tiring. After two days, I discovered a shortcut: if you turn left from the train station, there's a small path with an elevator that takes you directly up the slope. Cross the road, and you're at the hotel. This was especially helpful with luggage, much easier than climbing the hill."

"For breakfast, they cooperated with another restaurant. The environment is very good and the choices are abundant. For accommodation, we are on the 8th floor, just in time to catch upstairs to repair the subway, it is quite noisy."

"Excellent location. We had a nice spacious apartment. Very comfy beds. The shower screen needs attention as it leaked all over the bathroom floor. The shower head would not stay up, which was awkward and annoying."

Experience ultimate comfort at Mercure Brisbane King George Square, located within walking distance of Queen Street Mall shopping precinct, offering guests a full range of services and facilities in relaxed yet sophisticated surrounding. Facilities includ e restaurant, cafe, bar, fully equipped gymnasium and Brisbane's largest hotel conference and meeting space.

"The location is fantastic, right at the end of the main shopping street. You can literally just walk downstairs and you're there. We were able to walk to several attractions from the hotel. The front desk for check-in is shared by two hotels, which wasn't very clearly indicated, and I was quite anxious while waiting in line. It's a pretty big hotel with lots of guests, and no matter which building you're in, there's always an elevator out of order. It seems like they always have to have one of the three elevators shut down for maintenance."

"The biggest drawback is the lack of a desk for such a high price. Facilities: They're okay, there's a swimming pool. Hygiene: Spotless, no unpleasant hygiene issues visible. Environment: Decent, you can still enjoy a nice view outside the window. Location: Very good. Service: Excellent, and there's a dining option too."

"We found the apartment was great!  The staff were very friendly and helpful. However being in our 70s and one of our us recovering from recent surgery we found the weather extremely hot and the walk to get to most places in that sun became more of an ordeal than a pleasure!"
