房間寬敞整潔，在房間就能看到旁邊的鳳凰湖，空氣很好，早起可以去散散步。旁邊的鳳凰北岸也不錯，裏面的小童遊樂場挺大的。

在榮成租車自駕，市區酒店價格太高也滿了，有車去哪都方便，去市區也就半個小時。就把酒店訂在這裏了。暑期價格難免上漲。房間夠大，餐廳洗衣房都有，衞生條件符合標準。整體符合漢庭標準。
早餐25元標準很滿意了。
酒店位置是一個小區的街邊底商，一共2層，房間在二樓不用等電梯，但是走廊比較長，如果住在最裡麪的房間，走路距離稍微有點遠。旁邊就是鳳凰湖，早起可以散步，空氣很好。
小區入住率很低，旁邊的餐館平時沒人吃飯，估計都是**酒店客人的，懂得都懂，我們是直接開車去市區吃飯，沿海公路自駕很爽，人少車少路況好。
預訂説的有趕海體驗券和小童樂園門票，沒有發給我們，可能是自己去前台領，我們行程很滿，沒有在意問。

衹有兩層樓，2層是房間~當天住下晚上11點半突然有個房間像是在開趴，非常非常大聲的音樂，人聲鼎沸，感覺挺莫名其妙，還想着跟前台反應一下~過了得有近20分鐘沒聲音了，之前也沒遇見過這種情況，神了個奇

本來想去全季，因為好多年沒住過漢庭，因為沒訂上，因為這裏可以趕海。選擇了這家。進門真的讓人挺震驚。環境好，房間大，又很乾凈。設施很新。窗外是小區，很安靜。早餐做的很好，餛飩好吃。兩個孩子吃了很多。態度也超級好，主動給客人找桌子，拉的東西第一時間找到給你。送的趕海工具丟了兩個也沒要錢，還送了孩子小玩具，真的沒想到現在漢庭也做得這麼好。下次有機會還會來住，希望生意興隆。
