作為一個從沒給過差評的用户，在這家店破例了。晚上11.30入住，前台告知3樓，房間號328，拎包帶着孩子上去刷卡刷不開，以為房卡問題再刷一次，誰知道房間裏有人在住！！！！！人家都休息了，能想象當時有多尷尬！多冒犯麼！打電話給前台，2分鐘前辦理入住的，為什麼給我們錯誤的房號，還跟我們説是3樓？再次詢問具體的房號，支支吾吾半天后告知是228。全程沒有一句抱歉。如圖1
晚上1點多房間外巨大的嗡鳴聲，醒了好幾次，第二天一早看到窗外的景色也是絕望了，如圖2。
早餐9.30下去，基本什麼東西都沒有了，連水煮蛋都限量供應……長見識了。破例了，必須差評，能救一個是一個。圖三送你們~

停車方便，酒店好找，環境衞生還可以。有水果，房間的水給的也比較充足。早餐十點結束，但九點半去的話基本啥也沒有了。特別要表揚前台小姐姐，有一天晚上，挺晚了，突然想起來，快遞忘記拿上來了，可孩子已經睡著了，自己不方便下去拿，就給前台打電話，小姐姐很熱情，一分鐘內就幫我把快遞送到房間了，非常感謝這位小姐姐。（瘦瘦的瓜子臉戴眼鏡兒小姐姐）
但是！！有一説一，來來來，説説缺點:服務員打掃衞生就不能晚點嗎？一共住了三個晚上，第一天，早晨九點敲門要打掃衞生，忍了，允許服務員進來了，因為還在洗漱化粧沒出門，所以衹讓倒了垃圾其他沒收拾。因為當天晚上睡得晚，第二天想睡懶覺，不會早起，為了防止那麼早又來敲門打掃衞生，所以刻意把“請勿打擾”的牌子掛在門上了，結果嘞，第二天仍然九點左右哐哐哐敲門問要不要打掃衞生，我的天哪，門口掛的“請勿打擾”的牌子眼睛就看不見嗎？！簡直無語了！真的很生氣！真是服了！

發黴的腳墊， 亂跑的蟑螂，氣味很大的下水管道。
難吃的早飯配不上房價。
鏡前燈是歪的，按鈕不按十幾下燈不亮，不再按十幾下滅不了。
執拗的服務，單獨給小童收費的早餐也很奇葩。

服務：1、威海機場接機:一下機場之前就提前聯繫我們準備接機，車上還背了温熱的礦泉水。2、歡迎零食:你房間裏還給我們準備了和歡迎水果和小零食，由於我們到的時候已經很晚了，還貼心地給我們準備了兩碗雞蛋麪，超級暖心。3、免費升級了房間4、洗烘設備很乾凈，主動問我們需不需要幫忙把衣服疊好送房間，很貼心。

離韓樂坊40min，到沉船也差不多40min
服務熱情主動，有小朋友拖鞋牙膏，周邊玩的推薦也有建議，漲潮時間也有貼出來
