The room has a beautiful view and is very warm in winter. However the room is not cleaned daily, I guess it was because i came at Chinese new year. Front desk is very responsive and it can be reached by wechat easily. In summary I had a nice stay.

別的都還好説，就是附近有傢什麼加工廠還是啥的，巨大的鹹魚味，完全不想待室外，太掃興了。早餐的種類也很少，那個腐乳鹹菜超級鹹，跟吃鹽巴塊一樣，齁鹹。實話實説，不建議住這，還是去威海吧各位。

這家民宿的周圍環境非常不錯，既能看山景也能觀海景。管家的服務也特別周到，管家海鷗、春春、小樹、章魚、小美、小帥都很熱情，房間有什麼問題在服務羣裡邊溝通，3分鐘之內就有迴應，而且管家來的也非常及時，能夠熱心的解決問題。房間衞生也很乾凈。是一次非常滿意的住宿體驗。

第一次來榮成，沒想到就如此幸運定上這麼棒的酒店，地暖超暖和，房間設計特別清新，面朝大海可浪漫了，關鍵餐廳大廚做飯超，都不用出去找地方吃飯，可方便了，必須點贊！

説是去年才開始營業，房屋設計很好！該有的都有。入住的時候比較晚了，前台姐姐還幫我們升級了房間，帶我們看房間！早上起來發現下雪了超級美！真的，這裏冬天也是另外一種美！要不是第二天還有其他行程真的想多在這裏住幾天！房間裏很暖和！熱水很熱，淋浴花灑真的好高級！

出乎意料之外，原本以為民宿都差不多，但是比民宿可好太多了。所有的用品和飲料都是免費的，竟然還貼心準備了蒸汽眼罩。房間裏面的浴缸很棒，還有免費的浴球，小朋友玩的很高興。而且冬天房間非常暖和，雖然餐廳菜不是很多，但是口味還不錯，跨年還有煙火，很愉快的一次旅行。下次還來這，高端大氣上檔次！

威海四天三晚，體驗了這個城市不同景點的民宿。對我來説，最期待的三夢季卻是崩潰體驗的開始。一是酒店服務意識差。我們帶着孩子去的，小朋友的東西比較多，房間在三樓，在我們的要求幫助孩子拿了行李。後來房間温度低，我們要求更換房間也是打了兩遍電話後才來解決。二是周邊配套設施不足。在榮成旅遊完才知道，為什麼大家都沒有住在這裏的。其他地方不予評價，三夢季周邊都是漁港，酒店餐廳裝修，附近想找個乾淨的館子吃飯都要開車下去十幾公里，and沒有外賣送😂😂😂離榮成市裡更是三四十公里 前不着村後不着店。三是售後服務不到位。房間因為更換不及時，我們在線聯繫了攜程客服，攜程客服給予了售後補償，店裡自始至終沒有跟我們顧客溝通過。因為更換房間，朋友將化粧包遺落在了原房間，早上化粧時才發現，後來去取店家説帶我們開門去原房間找，後來又説在庫房，第一時間客人遺落的東西不應該交還嘛 再説換的房間我們本來是三樓雙床房 結果更換到了一個大床辦地下室的房間 體驗感極差！而且更換的房間內有異味、未提供小食、壺裡還有水漬

在山東遊玩一週，毫不誇張的説這應該是住的最差，性價比最低的了，將近2000的價錢，衞生間沒有熱水，洗的冷水澡，衞生間下水道不通，洗澡益處衞生間，外面全是水，孩子滑倒了兩次，其次，我們的房間在地下室，特別潮，一股味道，蟲子特別多，螳螂，蚊子，蒼蠅，應有盡有，真的一言難盡，衞生間雖然做了乾濕分離，但是廁所間空間巨小，覺着都要壓抑了，而且異味特別重。再説説早餐，早餐的服務人員應該是周圍住户的阿姨們，基本沒有服務意識，我們還在吃飯，直接把收拾殘餘的盆子放在我們的桌子上。真的沒有辦法接受，不知道這種情況可不可以投訴。太坑了！
