避雷此酒店。在預訂之後，和民宿電話核對，在明確表達不換成一居室的情況下，仍將兩個二居室和一個一居室提供給我們選擇，並不提前標明，導致我們選擇錯誤的一居室併到達地方之後發現情況要求換房，又説是我們同意換房，沒有責任心，導致我們產生第一次因店家錯誤產生額外支出，在我們要求換房之後又讓我們在原來的兩個房間裏面選，馬上又説其中一個沒有了，讓我們衹能選擇另一個，好，我們去了，另一個已經有人入住，沒有提前核對好就給我們發，最後説給我們升級房型，但拒絕承擔由於店家責任導致消費者額外的打車支出，並説升級房型是我們佔便宜，但事實是窩訂二居室和三居室價格一樣，甚至比二居室還有便宜一元，為了不佔所謂的便宜，又預訂的三居室並取消二居室的預訂，店家還不同意，毫不承擔責任。另外，空調温度不能自己調。

定的房間老闆給調了一套，換的這一套，無線網絡連不上不知道是不是欠費了還是故障。設施太少，沒有沙發茶几電視，椅子衹有四把，房間沒有衣櫃和牀頭櫃，不太方便，洗漱用品，廁紙給的也少不夠用。位置不錯離百尚生活廣場幾百米，小區環境部，床品乾淨。
