I am extremely grateful to the hotel's Golden Key Brown, for bringing me a pleasant and unforgettable stay experience. I came to Xiongan New Area on a business trip. Brown provided me with a great deal of assistance, ensuring that my travels went smoothly. He arranged an airport pick-up service for me. Since the driver couldn't speak English, Brown thoughtfully provided a Chinese-English translation card for communication with the driver. He also arranged in advance the room type that I liked. The hotels in China are highly intelligent, and I really like Chinese hotels.Brown also prepared welcome fruits and a welcome letter for me. The welcome letter provided a detailed introduction to every part of the hotel, which I could refer to whenever I needed. The hotel covers a very large area and has numerous business premises. The content of the welcome letter was of great help to me. The hotel also offers free rides on sightseeing vehicles, and the scenery here is extremely beautiful. Very satisfied overall. I booked a deluxe suite, and the hotel proactively upgraded me to an executive suite for free when I checked in. The executive privileges were exchanged for a free buffet dinner. Both the dinner and the breakfast buffet were very rich. There are very few reviews after check-in. Let me talk about the advantages first: 1. I have been paying attention to this hotel for a long time. I didn’t book a room before because I learned that there is no bed fence, which makes it difficult for small children to sleep safely. The lack of bed fence is a flaw. Later, in the past month, I visited Xiongan Xinma Park over the weekend and planned to stay one night. Later I contacted the hotel. Looking at the recent hotel reviews, I found that there was a bed fence, but reservations were not accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. I quickly booked the hotel for 11.2-11.3 When we checked in, we caught up with the Beijing-Xiongong Expressway closure on 11.2am in Beijing. We hurried over as soon as the expressway was unblocked. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that the bed railings had been installed for help. I liked this very much. 2. The park is very large, and the suite we booked included the Swan Castle. I took my children to play the next day. It felt good. It was enough for smaller babies to play. I would like to make a suggestion: there is a small exposed hole in the trampoline area. It is recommended to fill it; 3. The shuttle bus in the park is very convenient, and the garden landscape Very good, clean environment. I especially recommend the swings and camping area on the big lawn. The children had a great time playing. 4. Because the indoor temperature was too high at night, I contacted the front desk to solve the problem. The housekeeping department and the engineering department responded quickly (although it was not solved in the end) Question); let’s talk about the flaws below. 1. The front desk said that there are only 6 bed rails in the entire hotel. It claims that it is not a family hotel, so it does not have many facilities. I think so. After we went there once, I think the hotel should still care about the family travel experience. Bed rails are not expensive, and hotels of this level are not cheap anymore. It is recommended to equip more bed rails to make it more convenient for families with children (the appropriate charge is acceptable); 2. The biggest problem: the hotel's air conditioner is too hot during the transition season! ! We open the windows during the day and at night but it doesn’t work! I asked for an electric fan later! The engineering department and the housekeeping department said that it was very cold that night in the VIP building or some other building, so the air conditioner was turned on. I don't think this is the reason. Each room has an independent control panel, but the control panel does not work? Is it a design problem or does the staff not know how to operate it? Later, the maintenance department communicated and turned on the chiller for cooling, but it still didn't work at 12 o'clock at night! It took a long time to repair the door. At 12 o'clock at night, the child was very sleepy. In the end, he had to ask for an electric fan and open the window! Oh, by the way, in the suite we booked, the curtains in both rooms could not be lowered and were stuck... The engineering department repaired the curtains ➕ Thinking about the air conditioner... In the end, the child wore a diaper while sleeping and still sweated. It is too exaggerated. I really hope Hotels can solve this big problem! If there is no air conditioning problem, I think this hotel can be rated 100 points, but if the air conditioning problem is not solved, I will not go there again (the engineering department and housekeeping department staff are very competent, thank you to the staff who came to help solve the problem that night! The newly opened hotel has a very grand overall decoration and a quiet and elegant environment. Before I checked in, I received a call from Feng Xinlan, the hotel's guest relations manager, asking about my check-in needs and arranged a room in advance. The whole process of arriving at the store is guided and provided with patient attitude, which makes people very comfortable. Whether it's the environment, facilities or services, it's a place worth coming back to.

Checked in on the first day of the hotel's opening. The hotel is super big. The overall design combines the style of the north with the sophistication of the south. After eating and walking for an hour and a half, I walked around half of the hotel, and the other half couldn't move anymore. The environment is great and the service is excellent. However, the hardware, sanitary ware and toiletries do not match the brand positioning. I hope they can be improved in the future.

The artistic conception is mostly taken from ancient poems and prose. It is adjacent to Yuerong Park. There are mountains, lakes, bridges, islands, pavilions, and towers. It takes about 10 minutes to walk around One and a half hours later, some buildings and facilities in the park are currently being renovated. The hotel room is comfortable, the service is considerate, the room manager and the reception staff are very enthusiastic, the food in the Chinese restaurant is mainly exquisite, the materials are very high-grade, and the taste is also great! It’s especially suitable for family leisure or friends’ get-togethers. I look forward to the hotel becoming better and more beautiful. 酒店交通便利，位於雄安新區容東的核心地帶，上下高速方便，距離也比較近。臨近悦容公園和郊野公園等配套，很方便！停車方便，車位充足，有地上和地下停車場，地上停車場有充電樁，地下停車場電梯上去可直達一樓大堂。大堂現代大氣，大堂服務人員服務挺熱情。酒店的環境很好，尤其是園林很氣派。安排的房間寬敞整潔，房間內設施齊全，房間舒適。賓客關係部Cheney服務周到有禮，有機會再來。
