枕頭下面床墊上，至少十個人的毛髮，地面衞生很差，冰箱長黑毛。房間大門無法上鎖，第二天十一點鐘我們衣服都沒穿，房東不敲門，直接開門進來喊你們還續住嗎，你們還續住嗎，都十一點了怎麼還沒走，想幾點走? 太無語了，住過無數次酒店了，第一次給差評

有蟲子，客廳沒空調. 衹有兩個卧室有空調（其中一個開冷風衹吹熱風）且温度不能調節衹能25度。有兩個卧室有風扇（燈扇），必須開燈才能開. 床品睡着身上癢（是不是漂白劑用多了）

房子乾淨整潔，老闆很熱情，屋內設施齊全，床品也是我喜歡的，純棉的，我這樣出門很挑剔的人，都能覺得不錯，一看老闆用心了，附近吃飯也方便，一家人出遊很划算，強力推薦

房間大小夠用，價位相比賓館便宜很多，但是還是有些細節需要注意， 1、雖然三居，但是有一個房間沒有空調，另外兩個房間空調温度鎖定無發調節，客廳沒有空調，如果天比較熱建議要慎重； 2、衹有一個衞生間，洗澡水量可以； 3、沒有一次性拖鞋，浴巾毛巾質量較差，建議自己帶； 4、沒有冰箱和電視； 5、回遷小區，裝修中規中矩，畢竟價位在這裏，性價比整體還行，如果對衞生整體感覺要求比較高，建議找賓館或者高端小區。

這是第一次給差評，訂好房後告知我訂的那個房沒有了，後來去的隔壁小區。進入房間後屋裡衹有12度，房東説有暖氣，暖氣給的不好，但是實在是太冷了，衹有兩個卧室有空調，卧室門關上客廳就是冷的，開門的話卧室就暖和不起來。吹了一晚上屋裡也衹有15度，上衞生間需要勇氣，後半夜鼻子都不通氣了。

這民宿真的挺坑的，晚上我下單定的是大床房，老闆告訴我大床房沒有了，讓我加錢升級一下，我就想問房間沒有了為什麼我還能在平台訂到單，這個責任不應該是民宿老闆擔嗎？憑什麼要我加錢？好，我加錢了，進了房間發現屋子裡冷的根本住不了人，沒暖氣大冬天的，我後半夜凍醒把另一個房間的被子也蓋上了，一宿終於感冒了，很難受，我發微信跟老闆説可不可以延遲1點退房，因為確實一宿沒睡好凍感冒了，老闆説不行！就這麼沒人性！這家店給雄安民宿摸黑！差評，有聊天記錄所説都是屬實！
