主要問題：前台服務人員態度太差！
1.詢問Wi-Fi密碼也不確定是多少，而且也搜不了房間Wi-Fi信號。
2.酒店房間裏就提供了兩小瓶礦泉水，到前台去拿礦泉水前台服務人員態度相當差，還説衹有續住的房間才能再提供兩瓶礦泉水！我住過全國各地這麼多酒店，沒見過哪家酒店衹提供兩瓶礦泉水的！關鍵是前台服務員告知，“你可以買啊！我們老闆規定的衹能有兩瓶！”然後作為消費者給酒店提意見，這個是否可以給你們老闆反應一下。直接回復我“這個改不了！”最後才很不情願的拿了兩瓶礦泉水給我！微笑服務全程體會不到一點！真的是相當差！前台的兩個女的！2025年5月2日晚上十一點當班的！
