Quando una bella vista non basta
Esperienza negativa: Hotel che si proclama un quattro stelle superior ma totalmente da rivedere dal punto di vista della gestione, della cura degli spazi e molto altro ancora. Lo sconsiglio. Di bello ha la vista ma questo di certo non basta. (278 euro due notti). WIFI gratuito ovunque ma nella mia stanza non c'era.
Spero che vogliano sistemare le tante cosine da rivedere perché è effettivamente una struttura con così tante potenzialità e non dovrebbe essere trattata in questo modo.

prima di tutto vorrei dire una cosa positiva .. la posizione e la vista del hotel sono mozzafiato, il personale grossomodo cortese anche se spesso si riparano dietro scusa non accettabili dai clienti. La proprietà con qualche piccolo investimento potrebbe risollevare la qualità della struttura che si presenza come un 4 stelle. La pulizia e la manutenzione è veramente superficiale. Il ristorante manca ( apre solo per eventi ) quindi ci si deve spostare a piedi o in auto in altre strutture. La SPA aveva molte cose non funzionanti; e nel nostro specifico caso faceva freddo.

La nostra esperienza in questo "4 stelle superior" è stata un vero incubo, soprattutto considerando che abbiamo soggiornato qui per festeggiare la notte di Capodanno. 1. Cena di Capodanno: un disastro assoluto Il livello del cibo era inaccettabile. La "bresaola" è stata spacciata per carpaccio di Angus, i tortellini sembravano quelli del discount e gli ultimi piatti di gnocchi avevano il sugo allungato con l’acqua. Durante il cenone, abbiamo chiesto una Coca Cola: finita. Dovevano servire la guancia di manzo con purè, ma a un tavolo è arrivata con patate per un "errore nelle porzioni". La giustificazione della responsabile? "La cucina è gestita da un'altra società". Inaccettabile per un hotel di questa categoria! 2. Servizio pessimo e personale arrogante Alla reception ci siamo trovati di fronte a personale scortese, poco collaborativo e decisamente maleducato. Ad ogni richiesta c'era una scusa, ma mai una soluzione. 3. Camera e pulizia scandalose La stanza era fredda al nostro arrivo perché non avevano acceso i riscaldamenti. La mattina del 1° gennaio, la "pulizia" consisteva nel bagnare il pavimento e rifare i letti. Il bagno è rimasto sporco con il rotolo di carta igienica vuoto ancora lì. 4. Spa chiusa e scuse ridicole La spa non era accessibile e ci sono state date versioni contrastanti: chi parlava di un guasto alle caldaie, chi sosteneva che dovevamo avvisarli in anticipo del nostro desiderio di andare in spa. Una gestione completamente disorganizzata. 5. Colazione inesistente La colazione era una presa in giro: due cornetti e due succhi di frutta. Questo in un 4 stelle superior! Conclusione: L’unico aspetto positivo è stata la vista sul lago, ma nulla può giustificare il pessimo servizio, la qualità scadente e l'arroganza del personale. Tutto ciò per una cifra spropositata che non rispecchia assolutamente quanto offerto. Sconsiglio vivamente questo hotel. Risparmiate tempo, soldi e malumore: andate altrove! Peccato non poter dare 0 stelle, le meritava tutte.

Nice lakeside hotel with a few minor issues
Located alongside a beautiful lake with nice sitting area in front of it to enjoy the view. Well maintained hotel with professional staff. My guestroom’s bedroom was up a flight of stairs, not an option for disabled or elderly guests. Lousy internet service. Restaurant was closed when I stayed there.

Comfortable and met our needs.
We stayed as a stopover on a cross-Italy drive. The weather was not so good so our enjoyment of the exterior was limited. The room was very comfortable, especially the bed. The pillows could have been a little fluffier. A little strange that the shower had a window to the rest of the room, but when in Rome…. Heat controls were made at the desk we assume to cut costs, but it was a little strange as well. We wish some spa services were included which would have justified the cost for this off-season stay. The staff were excellent.
