Stayed here for what was supposed to be 3 nights but checked out early and stayed elsewhere. Didn’t bother saying to the hotel we were checking out just left. Didn’t see the point as none of our concerns were attended to whilst we were there. Completely ignored. Firstly the hotel is very far out from rome city centre like a 30/35 min taxi ride. Costing about €40-50. We were ignored at check in with 1 person in front of us and treat unfairly compared to Italian people. An Italian couple were ushered up to the desk to check in in front of us to our disbelief. Upon check in the walls in the bathroom had soap all spilled down them and hadn’t been cleaned off. Our air conditioning wouldn’t work to which we were told at reception it’s fine. The keycard kept locking us out our room every time we left and reception said we must have had it next to keys in our pocket which we didn’t have. But every time we went to room had to go to reception and sort out the card as were locked out. Asked about a cash point nearby to a member of staff and the reply was I don’t know and shrugged shoulders. Then asked about room service and was told don’t think so ask in restaurant. Couldn’t deal with the ignorance anymore so moved elsewhere.

A large five-star hotel with more than 200 rooms, so it is standard, and there are no surprises. Junior Suite 449 with a balcony, overlooking the fountain square and the church next to it, feels pretty good. The breakfast was very good and the ingredients were great. I went to the swimming pool on the roof terrace, but unfortunately, it was closed at the end of September! Very disappointed.

It just gave me care like my family! !! !!
During the first day of the check-in, some accidents happened. The little brother at the restaurant helped collect the luggage. The little brother at the front desk helped check the relevant information of the police station and embassy. He also told me how to deal with the current situation. Under the circumstances, also helped me to deal with the related matters in a short time, not too nice! !! !!
Today, the aunt at the front desk completely looked at me as a family member. After knowing my situation, not only invited me to dinner, but also gave me transportation costs! !! !! Also help me figure out how to get cash. Throughout the process, the front desk aunt kept saying I ’m so worry about you. You ’re not along. Do n’t worry. At that time, I didn't know how to express my gratitude and gratitude, I could only hug my aunt constantly!

We spent one night in mid-May staying at Hotel Cellini in Rome while in transit from Ischia via Naples to Rome Airport after a month-long visit to Centra Italy. We selected this hotel based on Rick Steve’s Italy guidebook because it was not far from Termini Station. As it turns out, it was too far for us to walk with two suitcases on a hot afternoon in May and we ended up taking both a taxi to the hotel and a fixed rate taxi (arranged by the hotel) to FCO airport the next day. Simply put, the hotel exceeded our expectations. It is well located in a restored 19th Century building and exudes a surprising elegance. Our room (a junior suite double room) was quiet, clean, spacious and nicely furnished, with a well-appointed bathroom. The breakfast included in our rate was a generous buffet with seating in both a covered patio and an internal room with booth seating. Even though our stay was short, we were very satisfied with our accommodations at Hotel Cellini and would not hesitate to stay there again or to recommend it to others.

I arrive at the building and we are also welcomed in an educated and kind way. We enter the “suite” (to say) that I had booked and just there starts the horror. A room that says dirty is a compliment. Hands and beds, hair and hair spread everywhere, at least 3 fingers of powder on each mobile, dressed walls and old as if it had not been lived for decades. The hotel is a very nice hotel, and it is a very nice hotel. We call one of the 4 numbers that had been left to us, because there was NObody in the hotel! No one at the reception to check and give you a hand in case of need and no one as guest! We were only me and my company all over the hotel!! Well, let's call this number and we're told that they'd arrive in 30 minutes!! We're waiting for someone to come to us to open and, meanwhile, we're losing the booking made to go to dinner in a restaurant. We finally go out, we make our evening, we go back to the hotel, still without light! We call the number of first and let us go to another structure 10 minutes away from where we were. We went to this building and was even more bad than the first. We took our baggage at midnight and went to another hotel at our expense.

Very nice and comfortable. This is central for those like me who have to move on foot. I am very advised, but it is a sin that they do not serve breakfast. Alexander is a good cowboy, he will know how to give you the right directions to where to eat and to make breakfast, and of course advise you to visit the magic places.

Stayed with my child for three nights, and actually took us to the fourth floor of a building next to them (the other floors of the building are some companies) are newly renovated rooms. The rooms are luxurious and richly decorated. Blowing my nose, I can't stand it. Requested a room change, even an ordinary room with an extra bed. The front desk was unwilling, but it was a bit conscience. I changed to a small room for the sake of the child and returned to the hotel headquarters. Although it ’s safer to squeeze Breakfast is quite satisfactory, the male uncle at the front desk is very enthusiastic, the female staff is always pulling a face or squeezing a smile, even if you come back to say hello to her in the afternoon, it is negligent. I do n’t see the newly renovated room in the comments. It ’s because they have only been open for a few days, so remind everyone to note that you do n’t want to live in the new room of the building next door. Whether it ’s air safety, personal safety or warmth, it ’s not as good as the headquarters. There may be too many Chinese here. The quality is uneven, the hotel does not have a good impression on the Chinese
