The roof terrace and location are invincible, if you stay at this hotel but don't get to the rooftop afternoon tea or dinner, it's white! While drinking red wine, watching the tourists across the road from the ancient Roman square and Padding Mountain, there is a sense of the mountains. The roof can also clearly see the towering Emmanuel 2nd Century Memorial and the Colosseum not far away! The common area of the room has a full kitchen equipment, you can make coffee in a mocha pot, very classical and elegant. The room was spotless, especially the tiles and glass in the toilet. The metal countertops had no water stains, which was very much beyond expectations. The only regret is that the room is in the old building, some modern facilities should not be overexpected, but this is the fun of the trip

Very good hotel, the owner of the uncle kindly helped me put my luggage back to the room. The room was very clean and tidy and very warm. The terrace is beautiful. I enjoyed the sunset in Rome. The owner heard that I could speak a little Italian. He also communicated with me in Italian. I was so touched. 🥲 I hope to have the opportunity to return to Rome again.

This hotel is in a great location, very close to the Colosseum and all attractions are within walking distance. There are bars, restaurants, supermarkets and a Chinese restaurant downstairs, which is very convenient. The subway station and bus station are nearby, and the transportation is convenient. You can take public transportation to the airport. The hotel management is strict, outsiders are not allowed to enter, the front desk is 24 hours a day, the staff is very enthusiastic to introduce the sights in Rome and the bus routes to help me printer tickets. The only downside is that the room and bed are not big, and it is because I am traveling alone and choose a single room, but the price line is also cheap. In the location close to the attractions, the price is really good value for money.

Great location and wonderful service/staff. The check in process went smoothly, and we were able to utilize luggage storage for a few hours after checking out. Accommodations were clean and comfortable.

There are many small shops around the apartment to eat breakfast, or buy something to cook yourself. Room facilities: refrigerator, oven, pots and pans are complete, condiments need to be prepared. I am booking a room in the 1 bedroom and 1 living room. The sense of space is definitely stronger than the hotel. The shower is enough for a bath of up to two men in a water heater. A female companion with long hair recommends a detour. If one person washes, there is no hot water. It takes 40-60 minutes, the shower room is very small, and the spray water is very small. And the installation position of the faucet is unreasonable, it is easy to come across, and it takes a lot of trouble to take a shower. The color of the room is too heavy, it is a bit unacceptable. Service: The service of the apartment is the same as the legend. The two younger brothers are very enthusiastic. One of them is a Chinese descendant who speaks Chinese. He gives a warm and careful introduction to the surrounding situation and can help arrange a taxi. The apartment provides free laundry, usually an apartment. A washing machine will be provided for you to wash yourself. This is rare in Europe. Recommend a nearby ”Ristorante Colosseo Luzzi” restaurant, traditional Italian family restaurant, cheap and delicious, on-site charcoal test pizza, Roast Lamb awesome, almost every day at the door line, their family rest on Wednesday. You can consider eating this house from the Colosseum and walking for 10 minutes.

The suite was gorgeous and our host was extremely responsive, attentive, hospitable and made our experience just that much better. Trip.com, however, threw a BIG wrench in our check-in process as we needed a code to access the suite the first time (then we were given a key card and actual keys for the building's exterior doors) and our host was unable to access ANY info to contact us via Trip.com. So if you book by Trip.com, be sure to message/text/Whatsapp the provided phone number or else you'll find yourself a little stuck like we did. Thankfully, a kind gentleman helped us out and all was well. I'd 100% recommend staying here and I hope we have the opportunity to do so too.

I had a wonderful stay at Profumo Maison Colosseo. Overall, the experience was excellent and very enjoyable. The room was extremely comfortable, clean, and well maintained, making our stay very relaxing. The staff were kind, welcoming, and always ready to help, which really made a difference. A special thank you to the team for arranging breakfast as takeaway for us since we were leaving early in the morning — such a thoughtful and appreciated gesture. The location near the Colosseum is perfect, and I would highly recommend Profumo Maison Colosseo to anyone visiting Rome. I would definitely stay here again.

We were generally good! They were very kind and very available. The room itself was beautiful and comfortable, unfortunately the darkness (image for security) was blocked. It is located in a very comfortable position near the Colosseum, from the station are about 20 minutes walk
