Great location! Felt very safe be staying there! A little pricy for the quality of stay but I guess it is Roma’s standard! Their rooftop view is nice too

The hotel very near the train station is walkable and very convenient

Around 10mins of fast walk from Roma Termini to this hotel, the only lift of this hotel is relatively small and slow, I waited 5minutes to get up to my room, faster if you use the staircase instead

Hotel is steps from the train which made it very convenient. Staff was great and we really enjoyed the rooftop bar/restaurant. If I had to nitpick, the elevator is small and could use More Capacity at busy times. But it’s probably not Something that can be changed given the hotels footprint

The worst ever visit at Rome. Room was uncleaned with plenty of dust, we wore mark while on sleeping because of the dusts. We unexpectedly moved our room to the republic hotel from the independent hotel without any pre-notice and any apologies from the independent. The republic hotel shown horrible attitude while on check-in procedure, even the card key was malfunctioned they said that I am not well understand their explanation, but they are finally changed the card key when after the card was not working checked by themselves, but any apologies. They continuously showed inhospitable attitude to us, sometimes they are complaining about my questions, I guess they tiresome my questions, even that were very essential for us. I complained their poor service attitude to the republic and to the independent but both were busy shirking from their responsibility. Their service was very uncomfortable for us, even I am thinking about their attitude is sort of RACISM to Asians. Still now, they didn't show any apologies for their service.

The location and spacious room were good, but the shower room overflowed, the bed sheets were not clean, and there was a lot of dust on the table and products.

A hotel I would visit again if I were to come to Rome. The hotel was very nice overall, and it was even better because it was a rare modern hotel in Italy, where there are many old hotels. The location was convenient because it was right in front of the station, and the rooftop where you could enjoy the free drink given at check-in was the best.

The hotel lobby is a bit small, and the elevator is also small. I thought it would be bad, but when I entered the room, although it was small, it was very clean and tidy, and the bathroom was also clean. It was just that the space was small. There was no way, the train station area must be expensive. The breakfast was rich and delicious 😋 I liked the yellow peaches the most, and the frankfurter sausages and scrambled eggs were also delicious. The rooftop garden overlooks the city view, which is very comfortable.

It's a 5-minute walk from Termini Station, so it's a good location for transportation as a base or when staying in Rome. The bus stops right in front of the hotel, so it's easy to go to famous places, and there are marts, restaurants, and bars nearby, so it's easy to access. I left a note saying it was our anniversary, so they upgraded me to a room with a balcony. The balcony view was so nice, and the hand-written welcome letter was nice because it's been a while. The reception staff were also super friendly. It was the last day of my trip, so I was sad that I could only stay for one day, but it was a great night. The restaurant where you eat breakfast opens right in the evening, but if you go a little after 5pm, the sunset view is so pretty. Stop by when you have time❤️

The services are very good, but the hotel is too small and feels very crowded. In addition, once you book this kind of hotel, you can't cancel it, which is a problem. I wanted to cancel that day because we had a better hotel, but this independent hotel does not allow refunds, and the price is also very expensive, more than RMB 2,800 per night, my God.

The location is not bad. I visited in November 2024, and the road from the station was under construction. They listened to my requests well, and the breakfast was good. I booked a room with a balcony, but I was assigned to a room without one, but there was an issue, but I was able to change rooms. I was impressed by the effort they put into solving my requests. The elevator is small enough for 3 people, so they lift my luggage separately. The breakfast restaurant is on the rooftop floor, and there is an elevator war every morning.
