Hotel costs in Rome are high, and this hotel is within my budget, but that shows in the facilities. The air conditioning was weak, which could be a problem during hot summers. Other things were average, and I can’t complain much about a hotel with complimentary breakfast—not to mention its perfect location near Termini.

The most utter and disgusting place I have ever been to in my whole life this place has worms in the bed and left me with bites from whatever creatures are crawling inside that bed. I’m assuming it’s bedbugs all over my body. I complained to Management and their reaction made me feel as if they already know their hotel is infested with bedbugs. I shown them pictures of the creatures I found inside the mattress and they said you can email Management or call them in the morning so then realise they don’t open until 3 pm. I have to travel at 1 o’clock in the morning to find a different hotel which cost me another €200 And then to find out the hotel would only give me a 10% refund which was €7 which is disgusting as I only stayed in the hotel for two hours which allowed me a shower in their disgusting and dirty filthy mould infested bathroom. I have never in my life experienced such a dirty, nasty horribleplace of accommodation in my life and will never ever ever use Trip.com or this establishment of her again.

Friendly staff with good customer service experience. Hotel is walking distance to the coliseum and the train and bus station. Multiple eateries and restaurants around the hotel.

Does not deserve 4 stars. Rooms are quite worn out and entire hotel looks old, double bed would be small for 2 people. Breakfast is simple, but view from the rooftop terrace is great. Location is also very convenient, just a few steps from Termini.

This hotel has a great location — just a 5-minute walk to Termini station, which is super convenient for getting around. Breakfast was pretty good in my opinion, with a decent variety. The staff were friendly and provided good service. However, the in-room facilities could be improved. For example, the air conditioner couldn’t be adjusted, and the shower drain was very slow. Overall though, it’s a good hotel with a convenient location and fair value for the price.

Great location. Great service. But the rooms photo online can be very deceiving. It was good that I just stayed a short day.

The Hotel is excellent for rome. It is well located near the railway station.the breakfast is a continental one but what they offer is of a very high standard. The hotel was very clean The room was good and bigger than what I was expecting. Rome hotel rooms are very small so don't expect a large room. A very easy place too stay

The room and bathroom are large enough, the furniture is old, the mattress is sagging, and the floor is dirty. It is close to the train station and is very convenient to take the bus to other attractions. There are several supermarkets nearby. The supermarket in the basement of the train station is large and cheap.

Stayed with my younger sister. Hair dryer constantly not working age a few seconds each time. Only one charging port in room. Location very convenient. Breakfast time early from 7-10

There was a problem with their water supply and they gave us another hotel. The hotel Eliseo from the same company was a good one but a bit far from the centre.
