衞生超差，床單上有莫名水漬，床頭的鏡子上有指紋，床單掀開居然有頭髮，衞生間進去的時候淋浴間地上都是水，馬桶也沒有沖，巨臟！！！ 和他們經理電話溝通説要cancel，經理態度巨差無比，甚至有威脅的語氣，説絕對不會退錢，我們不可能不花錢離開酒店！簡直離譜。嚇得我們立馬決定重新訂酒店。 最後的結果是酒店一分錢都沒退，平台和他們溝通都直接拒絕退款。衹有trip退了我們100磅。損失慘重，朋友們，千萬別定這家！

Не первый раз останавливаюсь в этой гостинице. Вроде бы бронировала номер как обычно маленький, а получила большой просторный приятный номер, очень довольна. Меня эта гостиница полностью устраивает, очень помогающие сотруднике на ресепшн (у них нашлись даже ручные весы проверить вес чемодана), удобное расположение. Главное не вбивайте название отеля в карты, показывает вход на соседней улице, а вход с улицы Lombardia
