Excellent structure, very friendly and always available staff. Located a stone's throw from the Psychotechnical Center of the State Police, at the bus and metro stop.... quick and easy travel. Cozy room and excellent breakfast. Highly recommended

The hotel is situated in a rather desolate area in the armpit of two major roads, and by a rather scruffy car park, with various folks hanging around. So intitial impressions are not good. But as you enter the property itself things begin to improve. It is set in leafy grounds, and the hotel itself is well-maintained. The room I was given was pleasant and quiet. The breakfast was good. The hotel restaurant was not always open in the evenings, and opening hours of those nearby adhere to rigid Italian mealtimes. But there is a reasonable supermarket 15 mins walk away. The property is also 400 metres from a metro station where you can reach the city centre in 30 mins. Going the other way there are restaurants with more liberal opening hours 2 stops along. Overall, I found this a good place to stay for my business trip to Rome.

Loved this hotel very peaceful and spotless and clean Beds so comfortable and pillows lovely cannot fault the place beautiful spacious room . Peaceful reception and pleasant friendly staff. Also next door is a religious institution of Saint Ann whereby we could attend evening Mass very convenient for us .

I came to Rome for professional reasons and I was very impressed by the hospitality and professionalism of all the staff. My room was lovely, the restaurant was great. I will certainly come back on the next occasion!

It is not easy to review this hotel, the structure would be decent but it is in a really unfortunate location, practically impossible to take a walk since, on one side there is a fast road (without a sidewalk), while on the other there is total nothingness (apart from a metro stop). The room is absolutely decent, but the soundproofing is definitely improvable. The breakfast is ok, but from a 4-star hotel I expect more. Courteous and helpful staff, honorable mention to the cuisine, we ate an EXCELLENT matriciana.

The only four stars are the staff who work there, polite and helpful, for the rest, regarding the room on the first floor where we stayed,.....small bathroom with a minimal shower, bidet attached to the radiator and no chest of drawers to put anything, also the soundproofing of the rooms is non-existent, no sleep at night to speak of, cleaning ok

Really a bad experience: room certainly clean but for a 4 star really few 4 star things. Poor quality doors and inhuman heat in the room without the possibility of changing the temperature. Breakfast at 15 euros very poor.

We returned to Rome for a couple of days, to be able to decide on a hotel for a group next year 2025. I have been to this hotel 4 times over twice with the new management. I can say that you really get an excellent service unfortunately this time I did not stop for dinner, also because I was a guest in another structure, I am happy that the same staff who serve breakfast is the same (truly professional and very kind) they remember the customers. Excellent breakfast. I would also give more stars thank you very much for everything you do for your customers.

Nice hotel, the room was large and beautiful. The location is excellent because in 5 minutes you can reach the subway and from there in 10 minutes you are already at the Colosseum. Another positive note: the internal parking, very convenient. The staff is helpful and also regarding allergies and intolerances, for breakfast, they were available to offer alternatives. I advise.

I'll start by saying that I often stay in Rome both for work and for competitions. Having stayed in this facility for 3 nights, I was able to enjoy their breakfast, which although a little poor in terms of choice, was still good. Small flaw, although very important for me, despite the high cost of the room, they don't make a "real" cappuccino, but you are forced to drink the one from the machine (I would say that with almost 170 euros per night, maybe I can get a proper cappuccino I deserve it, but that's okay). During our stay, the toilet flush did not work as it was damaged, but it was promptly repaired. I appreciated the friendliness of the guys who took care of the catering. What didn't I like?! Where to start?! The most SERIOUS thing in my opinion is that they rummaged through my backpack (locked in the closet) in my absence. You might say, how did you notice? Simple! I'm a neat freak with the aggravating circumstance of being germophobic, so as soon as I arrive in a hotel room I sanitize and store everything so that, during cleaning, no one can touch my stuff. I had left my backpack completely closed, even the snap buckles, and the compartment that makes my backpack expandable closed. When I return I find the backpack moved, the buckles and the zipper of the expandable part open. Obviously nothing was missing from my backpack. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist, looking us up and down, and noticing our suitcases (two backpacks), believed, perhaps, that we weren't up to the task of that place!? I don't know. The fact is that as soon as I announced that we had a room booked, she immediately changed her attitude, becoming almost adorable and corny. Having booked and paid via booking, I only had to pay the tourist taxes on site, which according to the website was 6 euros per day. At the time of payment I am asked for a cost of 7.5 euros per night; obviously I point out that a different cost was indicated on the site, but the receptionist in a very rude, unpolite and annoyed manner, using a condescending tone, does not give any explanation, but reiterates the total cost to be paid. Now I don't usually put negative reviews, but here it is all there.

Hotel booked well in advance for New Year's Eve week. Excellent price (they say it's a 4 star) given that half board was included and perhaps the most popular period of the year. I also book the parking space (which however I do not recommend) since the car is outside together with the other cars of those who have not paid and not in the garage and there is always space, even in this chaotic week, let alone in the low season. once we arrive at the hotel we want to use public transport (metro and bus) which is certainly more comfortable and I must admit that the metro station is really close even if the hotel is located a little outside the center at night on the road to the hotel you meet some "firefly" stations. The two rooms booked, one of the right size while the other is really small (but are they the same cost then?? Dunno), still good breakfast although for me more aimed at business and working customers than for tourists. Let's get to dinner........well the menu is the same every evening (except for the last evening) and it's really a small thing if we think of being in a 4 star hotel. Note of merit for the Waiter, good, attentive, fast and a true professional (don't miss him). To conclude, if I were to return to Rome I don't think I would book this hotel again.
